    I love Power Pilates. I hope you may include Pilates in every program. Especially after tough workouts pilates helps in your recovery, not resting but actually working out in a different way.

    I remember doing this with sydney when I was pregnant with my 2 year old:):) My daughter was born 2 months later. She was playing around me when I was doing this one today. What a joy! What a journey with you Sydney and team!! Let's keep it going, growing and flowing.

    I did this workout today Monday. Day 5 complete. I did a 20-20-20 formula. I did a 20 mins dance workout, 20 mins pilates and then 20 minutes tight neck and shoulders stretch. I feel absolutely fabulous. ❤

    After having stitches and only walking for 4 days, this was a nice way to ease back into low impact workouts. If you can do it pregnant, then I can do it with a big bandaid. Thank you for the motivation and the workout!

    Another time through this one and I love the challenge that Pilates give me in my deep core. The slowness with the lighter weight really focuses your endurance! Loved doing this one again!! Great work this week squad!!! 🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥

    Loved this 20 mins power Pilates. Never fails these shorter Pilates always are harder than longer weight workouts. All about tension!

    This was perfect. Knew I needed to move today but my mind and body weren't there. We are burying my brother today - I didn't sleep well. Got up and turned on youtube to see what the workout was - so glad I did that.

    Great ending to the 1st workout week of Balance so needed this type of movement today. My feet were achy after standing most of the day baking and prepping food for supper. This felt so good❤😅

    Doing this today cause my body said rest yesterday, and I’m seriously obsessed with these Pilates. It’s the perfect switch up from lifting and cardio ❤ And agree, love seeing pregnancy flash backs 😊

    This was a nice change. I love these 20 minute workouts because you can easily add something. I finished with 10 minutes on my bike.

    I loved today’s power Pilates workout. I did today’s workout with a resistance band since I’m non weight bearing on my right foot. I’m proud of myself for doing these workouts during my recovery. I hope everyone has a good and safe Memorial Day weekend!

    Yay! I did a 30 minute Hiit bodyweight and abs followed by this beauty! At first I thought I made a mistake by doing the other first! However, I accepted the burn and mind muscle connection and sweated thru! Feeling great now!

    At first I wasn't sure how I felt about the 20 minute videos, but I've grown to really appreciate them, especially for the weekend. I usually add a 10-20 minute video on top of it to get a bit more in, but I like how it can be so flexible!

    These pilates workouts on Sat have been my fav! Motivation always runs a little low on the weekend but I get the notification and it feels manageable and like an opportunity to do something new! Also tell me why I felt cute af during this whole workout 😂 felt like I could actually feel the improvement I've made in my strength and loved the way my body felt
