Just on the Home Screen where you have single player. Multiplayer and all that you can see your player id card top right you can click the pencil icon to edit and select the special badge and the id card theme at the bottom

Collecting just the recipe cards will only give you the ID Card Theme & Badge. Completing the cauldron will give you the trophy
