nope, they're particles as well. All the volumetric lights here are particles. Roblox just handles transparency on particles very oddly when trying to use as lighting effects, which causes it to look a bit off / 2D sometimes

The road texture is a surface appearance texture with PBR. It uses a bunch of maps to determine stuff like height, depth, roughness, shininess, all within a 2d image. Pretty cool stuff. You can find this wet road as a model in the toolbox

How did you do this? I tried all of the other ones but were way too laggy.
I used billboards for the glare/lens flare, and I used a line of particles for the volumetric lighting effect
