Totally true, let's take for example the withdrawal from Afghanistan, it is true that Biden gave the order, but those in charge of executing it were hundreds of high-ranking officers graduated from the best officer schools and with extensive experience, their disastrous execution of the orders given it was not out of incompetence but part of a deliberate plan to hand over Afghanistan to the Talibansu and indirectly to China.

You'd know all this if you watched normal news and not this propaganda station.
