Rouvy Race: East Coast Taiwan. Biggest race for me so far.

- Not recovered from yesterday's interval training at all, and early morning high intensity is something I am not used to.
Besides, drafting and positioning in Rouvy is a lot more difficult than Zwift in my opinion, but probably closer to IRL ride. Burned too many matches try to catch up first peloton and eventually I gave up... Even worse I don't have anything left for sprint :(

Rouvy race is not that bad then, I kinda feels like in real world, I like the idea that drafting was shown in game.

Thanks hope you have some idea of Rouvy race. I had another video on Saturday doing intervals on the actual road, that has more priority. Today my legs are very stale (surprisingly more fatigue than I anticipated).
Oh, and you are forced to use 100% difficulty in race and time trial mode in Rouvy I believe, cannot reduce training difficulty to ease up like in Zwift.
@@benjapolcycling i been using 100% difficulty already since before especially now that i am also using elite rizer indoor for the climb and I love it.

I heard that many racers use only 50% TD in zwift. It's a lot less power loss during too many shifting when gradient changes a lot (otherwise you will trash drivetrain real fast 😃)
