I worked also in ltd pvt company there was of 8hrs ,12 hrs shift....if do more than 12 hrs it was counted in over time. But if you are working 16 hrs means you are working extra hours for money....and blaming company for 16 hrs.... that's wrong. Every company has some rules and regulations no company works without rules.... certainly for like Bosch and other limited company .
Mechanical ka itne achhe se nhi maloom ... but kisi telecom wale se poochhna ... they usually work for more than 10-12 hrs ... they have to be available for 24/7 . Agar project mein ho to 1 saal ka kaam 3 mahine me karwaenge ... that way they would have to give on 3 months of salary instead of 12 months... bohot exploitation hai telecom mein !
