These fish have a growth rate like no other. This is not one of those fish you can buy small and keep in a small tank for a while. They shoot up like weeds. Great video as always!
I just got my first one today and I love this fish already, it goes around eating at all the algae that is a plus as there is a good anount it can help out with I like the peaceful nature as I just had a huge bullying issue with another fish lives were lost horrifically! I like keeping my fish healthy and for years when I lose a fish I take it quite personally.
I recently got one to get rid of my red bubble algea and it's about 3 inches and we are taking it back when it's done it job but my stary jewled blenny has bruised him a bit but he isn't stressed and they leave each other alone. But it has a white opace liquid coming out of its bottom fins and dorsal. Does anyone know what it is
I added one of these into my tank today and it’s being attacked by a damsel so I’ve turned the lights off so they are in pitch black hoping that he gets some rest. Will this aggressiveness stop? HELP PLEASE
Normally yes, but sometimes a fish might need to go into "timeout" would you be able to catch that damsel in a net for an hour or two, to try and stop it from being so aggressive?
Please guide on adding fish order please. Iam setting up a 180gallon tank with minimalist rock structure. Similar to luo's reek tank. Sump is 65 gallon with brick media.. skimmer and refug. I want to keep 2 sets of clown fish occerlaris pair and black ice pair. Blonde Naso , powder blue, yellow, regal, one bristletooth(either 2 spot or sqaure tail)(maybe sailfin or not if advise). And six line, red coris and a pair of leopard wrasse. 2 or 3 blue green chromis. A foxface. A schooling banner. I like my wrasse and tangs very much. Please advise the order/method to put tanks. I plan to get small or juvenile if possible. Also please any ultarian fish would be appricated.
That is going to be a beautiful tank. I'd recommend the clowns, wrasse, chromis, and fox face first. The tangs should definitely be last and added at the same time if you can do so. This will allow them to not be so territorial over the new tank. I''d recommend adding the leopard wrasse later because they do not do well in a freshly set up tank. Hope this helps.
I just watched my Fox Face eating a couple of my corals. I was stunned!!!! ( sorry I just got to the 2:35 mark about coral nipping) He's shredded some type of white bubble coral I have.
The guys on R2R agree that while they aren’t as active as some other fish like Tangs and Butterflies, they still love to have enough space to roam around.

FOWLR4NOW thanks for that! We sell em so fast at the shop that I've never gotten to see one grow up.
My favorite fish. Our Foxface follows the Sailfin Tang around like a puppy all day/everyday.
The fox face is a rabbit fish, they are known as the one spot fox face rabbit fish . They fight with their own kind
Reef Compatible: with caution but Yes
Venomous: YES 1:38 1:54
A Herbivorous but VENOMOUS fish 1:34 colors
Personal experience with the sting it hurts like hell for few days followed by Throbbing pain.
Hey Brock! Do these Foxfaces utilize space the same way like Tangs do? What I mean is do they constantly swim laps back and forth and do quick dashes?

Do Foxface fish eat cleaner Shrimp!?
JannerBros GAMING No, you shouldn’t have a problem with that.

Are they ok with a 63 gallon tank and the tank is long
Marvel Austin Wijaya Yes! Get one small!
I just got one and it’s on it’s side and hiding.... is it just stress or is it about to die?
MR. AQUARIUM they are a super shy fish. Just let him be.
Foxface rabbitfish is aggressive in my tank . He chase my longnose butterflyfish .
Can I keep one with a snowflake eel?
IMTHERANDOM1 ;-; yes!
Can a fox face go with a yellow tang?
MR. AQUARIUM definitely
They love their algae tho so make sure they are both getting enough
love youre channel brah
Uggggg I’ve had mine for about a week and it’s not eating.... any advise?
MR. AQUARIUM try different kinds of food. See what the store ,where you bought it from, was feeding him. What food are you feeding him now?
I’m feeding seaweed but he has no interest in it. (Also feeding frozen food for the rest of the fish)
MR. AQUARIUM just keep doing what you’re doing. Make sure no ones bullying him. Be patient with em.

Helpful vid. But hey, it's venomous not venemous, Bud
Great vids , really know your stuff .. you got a nee sub.
LETS GOOOO!!! I appreciate dude!
yeeeeaaaahhhh boooooouuuuyy
Disagree. I wouldn’t put a One Spot Foxface in a tank less than a 4-foot 110-120 gallon. Foxface Lo and the other species, 6-7 foot and above.
