Trying this on ps5, I got the loadouts to stick for warzone but not bo6 and same with camos. You won't get the skins or attachments listed with the blueprint either if your gun is under leveled. I don't have any guns locked that are leveled to test the inverse but this is still a great method to level up locked guns and farm camos on wz.

No I tried I couldn’t get it
Apparently there is a method though stay tuned
It only works on warzone not multiplayer
