This may seem weird, but that was genuinely horrifying at the end. I suddenly feel so terrible about all the people I drowned.
I can relate man...I got terrified at the way the guest was being haunted by the claw. ..

on another note, seeing the guest being haunted by the claw was disturbing...I also do these things when they get unpleased with all the amazing things I do for them *tear drops*

It used to be my favorite thing to mess with the roller coasters when the park started... which I am now starting to realize was actually terrible and quite depressing, the amount of people i took away from their computer generated families.

I have little pity for my guests in ZooTycoon, because my game has a glitch where guests will somehow fling themselves off of elevated paths and into the raptor pen like morons.
Every. Time.
No matter how high the railing, type of railing, double fences, dinosaur fences. They will always end up in the f*cking raptor pen, and then I have to go uncrate all of my raptors, track down the guests, and haul their sorry asses out of somewhere they never should have been to begin with.
It's even worse in campaign mode where my zoo rating matters, and I have fence-jumping idiots who get my rating lowered because 'something was chasing them'. Of course it was! You were in its cage!
They won't even stay spawned long enough for me to build a proper people exhibit. Once they decide to go home, nothing you do can keep them in the cage.

+Ltspongebob3 and how can they swim in pool water (AKA water with clorine) but not pond water? so is the safety department going to put clorine in every pond of water.
Sebby weaver Well you do put them in a pond with clothes on and soaked clothing can get pretty heavy. Plus if you just drop them in, they get submerged and can start to panic. People that panic can drown more easily than one that stays calm.

Ltspongebob3 I've had guests have a pathing error and piled up all in one street, and only noticed once I realized I had 950 guests and I couldn't find 900 of them.
This video made me look at the claw tool from a whole new perspective.

+Ltspongebob3 Yes but I believe that one is as vanilla as it gets, and therefore will give users of modern hardware/OSs trouble. Best bet is the GOG version that's been tweaked to play nice with new systems.

I wouldn't say it's "very bad." I mean you can frickin ride the rides, it has a sandbox mode, and you can customize your own peeps. Though I do agree that one or two definitely do have that Tycoon feel to it. The third one definitely feels like a completely different game though. Just doesn't have the same vibe as the others do.
It was so easy for me to tell that you used the original crowd sounds :P

This video gave me a terrible case of nostalgia! It does a great job of showing how truly terrifying this game would be from the point of view of the people visiting the parks you build in it!

I always wanted to make a "cool" zoo, even though I didn't do themed areas like the idiot I was, until I got bored and deleted all of my zoo keepers and barricaded the exit and set the animals free.
The soundtrack alone is enough to make me want to play this again.

Also loving the RCT1 and RCT2 models you used (for the entrances, pathways, etc.). RCT3 was fun and I liked a lot of the added features (like guests not looking all the same), but I honestly had more fun playing the other two.

Just like a true game of Roller Coaster Tycoon. It starts off with such promise, but then people start puking, but you downsized your staff to build that cool new roller coaster, so nothing gets cleaned up, and then people want to leave because It's too crowded, so you start dumping them in the lake, but people are still coming in, so you fence off the park entrance. By the end, your theme park looks like Chernobyl, with dilapidated structures and soon to be dead sprites
