I love the counterpoint these videos provide to many of the "specific person" videos out there. In the kindest and most spiritual way you are basically saying "You might be getting a little obsessive, you probably need to accept reality and move on, and it will make room for something far better for you". Lots of people need to hear that

Thank you so much for answering this question, Aliki! ❤ I am relieved to hear your opinion that it can just be part of the flow, because this is how I have experienced it! I am often quite content being in my own energy, and then sometimes that makes my mind go to sharing the moment with my special person. It feels like I’m truly being myself and my cup is overflowing! I don’t often think of him when I’m having a bad day - except when I’m visiting family who are toxic to me and I long for protection and love, or when I feel lonely or vulnerable and I can feel the need for support. But I think it’s more of a longing for this in general. When I’m in other situations with non-toxic people I am fully present with them and enjoying the moment without thinking of anyone who’s not present.

My specific person is in my life but he travels for work and sometimes when he is away I feel his presence like he is right here with me. It's this warmth, joy filled happy feeling and it is full of peace.
The entire Christmas break I was in and out of what you are describing.
It's funny having a calm conversation with them to speak my truth, regardless if they pick up on the energy.
It has been like a spoken journal per say. All the while, I keep my feet planted in reality of the situation. No expectations.
But wow, is my energy on whiz bang mode. Grateful it has inspired me to hope for a future with a SP whomever it may be.
BTW, the hairstyle and the blue/purple top is very sheik and inviting!

She thinks about me often and I notice I can trigger it! We are proximate and she chooses me. The connection is strong. The time draws near for the final act. It compliments my daily routines. I have other options. But this is playing out. We shall see!
Aliki, I know I cant have everything i wish for but my energy takes flight and I think he absorbs my energy and it makes him healthier so he can go about his responsibilities. His choices made his life more difficult and he needs this help.
