A good way to change this is to connect with their energy and feel very good at the same time. This raises their energy and vibration and brings you both out of missing each other and feeling bad to moving back towards each other. I can def feel the difference after a few days of doing this. At first the energy of them is sad and yearning, but after a few days of giving them positive energy, I can feel excitement when I connect with them. Partly bc I also am excited but that's how this works lol-what I feel, the eventually feel after a few days

That's really what happening to me and I feel to her also were just waiting for the right time.
There was a gentleman that I was talking to for a few months and he asked me to be his girlfriend asked me to move in with him but I wasn't ready to do those things and then he stopped talking to me and I also stopped talking to him at the same time and now I see him with another young lady that comes in over to his place cuz he lives right across the street from my mom which is so weird anyhow but yet I still think of him and I know he still thinks about me but this is very weird because I no longer want to think about him but yet I think about him all the time. I recently did some emotional work on myself and was able to get rid of old emotions and things like that so I do feel like I'm on a different frequency than where he's at now. This was a very powerful video thank you for sharing.
Wow, very insightful video. I was sleeping through the night and when I woke up in the middle of the night or in the morning, I felt this urge that I miss him and I don’t know why. It was helpful to know even when you get strange feelings of someone you’re thinking about, it could be they are thinking of you but that doesn’t always mean they are going to talk to you. We all are doing our own thing, so I respect that.

Continuous thinking about her 24hrs.no control over the thoughts.the heaviness comes throughout the day.she has not ever shown postive response.my is one sided .i can t in this lifetime ever leave her

I keep getting hints that remind me of her. Like i suddenly thought about her and then i seen street signs in different cities that are named the same street name as her street as i was driving in the freeway way far away from her residence. I been finding her hair in random places like in my car, but she was never in my car. I had dreams about her. I miss her alot

Please someone reply to my question, why whenever i forget about him and i mind my own bussiness, my life n my work i suddenly feel a sickness thinking deeply about him.. also i become upset, angry every thing irritating me even the noises of water, or someone chewing gum around me, even the light irritates me, i feel stomach aches, heart racing.. why i feel those of all problems when i start thinking about him..

I don't know what is happening with me thinking about my ex boyfriend from years ago all the sudden he got on my mind a while back and I haven't been able to stop thinking about him I haven't thought of him in years but it puzzles me why he is on my mind and want go away I was doing something and all sudden he got on my mind since I'm thinking about him I would like to see him again I can't help but wonder why is this happening I didn't ask for this I haven't thought of him in years can you tell me why again it's been years since we parted and I haven't seen him since.

Oh she thinks about, in both the positive way, but also in a resentful way thinking I somewhat betrayed her the last time I supposedly seen her 3 years ago because I gave her a mean look. The truth is I didn't recognize her at first because I was recovery from alot of stress that was produced from the years prior of that encounter and resulted me having some symptoms of a brain fog which basically made me a quiet doubtful mixed minded individual. She knows I like her, but I couldn't make a move cause I don't know what personality will come out between the unmotivated, unenergetic, and rage one. I didn't want her to see that and holding it actually when it comes out really does more damage to me inside. But for some reason she played a very important figure in my life and all those meetings of each other and even when I found her social media recently means the universe did this and wants us to reunite and talk. Everytime I seen her, she mysteriously bring peace to my and my body produce a massive cool rush of energy and somehow I forget that I had those symptoms. Is just at that time of the bowling alley of where she saw me, when I saw her I thought she was a complete different new person that enter my domain and I thought she had a man. But some stuff started happening suddenly like being isolated or place at a distance around her peers like she wasn't dating, and she kept looking at my direction from a far. So at first I was seeing through space, and was oblivious to the situation, and then when kept doing it and took a route that made her completely visible to my field of view, I gave off a questioning look in which it looks mean from another person perspective and I was like what is happening , but my brain states that is even those actions from somewhere, but I can't remember where exactly and that's when she left afterwards she started making assumptions on her social that I don't like her anymore.
@WATER-MAN yeah, I think so, but lately I been seeing more and more signs of her, and she keep liking stuff that represents making a family, sometimes shade me for my somewhat disrespect towards her, finding a soulmate, and references my communication. And on Facebook she recently took out something that's deals it sucks that she have someone in her heart and mind, but can't have me in her arms, but she kept the rest the other stuff that references me. Deep down all the majority of the stuff she liked on Twitter references my lack of communication and building a bond with someone. While she does resent me for that and the stuff that happened in my bowling job, she does wants me back and even references she find it hard to keep her tears away from her family of what she is currently experiencing now and she even likes something about loyalty means the most to her and she wants a specific person ti stay with her even on bad terms, and even that the situation( me somewhat shading her) maybe small to others but the principle behind it is heavy( her love doing her wrong)
@WATER-MAN I seen her name 4 times spelled in various forms or was part of another name, but sounded the same today. I also seen the car she drives aswell today, the numbers 96(her birthyear, and 26( her current age) both of them in multiple occasions everyday, and her initials. I also seen a doppelganger of her every week and recently saw one early in this past Saturday and a few more in the Aventura mall. I think while she does resents me, she just wants to know the truth to everything of why I behave that way and wants to comeback to her because what I'm seeing from her Facebook activity, I will see her 6 top friends will temporarily change from time to time in which it consists of mainly men, but as soon I go to Twitter she references me in some form. Sometimes a woman can be biters about you for what you did wrong to them in which they will never forget a detail about loving someone, but in the end their bitterness is just another excuse that still love you and wants you to comeback to them addition to apologizing to them to see if you still care about them.
