This chapter is definitely my favorite of every Sam & Max game. I love the turn of the century stuff and the time jumping. And Maximus' new hat is so cute.
Awesome & Fun 2nd Episodic Level from Season 3 of Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse Remastered. Most of it taking place in the Film Reels & the past while playing as Sameth & Maximus, the Great-Grandfathers of Sam & Max & how their skeleton remains from the previous Episodic Level. We also meet some interesting characters as well as an origin story behind Jurgen's transformation from a Normal Man to a Vampire which I won't spoil for those who are new to this Series & an ancestor of Santa Claus & his Elves & those related to Harry Moleman, Obadiah & Jedediah. While I know that there's an actually Full Episode Playthrough that you've done before post this version of it, but I chose to see the In Order version of this instead. Even if it doesn't help me for when I play this game for myself, but it's much more better & fun that way. Now there were some funny & interesting moments throughout this Level, it was fun watching them in Chronical Order in a form in which while they at first didn't have the correct info & tricks to get through what they didn't have before. But thanks to Max's new Psychic Powers was able to manipulate the Reels & help their Great-Grandfathers through their toughest challenges to help get the better outcome & the true ending of how their Great-Grandfathers got killed & turned into Skeletons. And after seeing them all, with Max once again disobeying Sam not to watch the last Film Reel without him, it has set off the next events & Next Episodic Level of this Third Remastered Game! The Level in which I will OFFICIALLY see for the first time in higher Improvements & Enhanced Graphics, since I did already spoil some of it from the original while looking up Angry Sam Moments at the time. Definitely going to enjoy the 3rd Episodic Level with Noir Sam being where you start off as before being able to play as Max again near the end if I'm to guess once I get around to that episode. Now I would love to point out something funny during certain moments in this Vid. The infamous T-Pose that the Mole Man was in at 2:17:50 & 2:18:12. Must be a bug with him that is likely resolved by this point. Lol! Funny seeing that to be honest. Then came the part with Baby Amelia Earhart on top the Toybox & how all they had to do was literally knock her off of it & Maximus pretty much broke the 4th Wall saying how Anti-Climatic of a Boss Fight it was (2:22:26). But then that was made up & pretty much meant to happen for the actual Boss Fight during the Boss Phase in this Episodic Level at 2:23:45 & 2:30:12 where Maximus with Sameth's help trick Anton Papierwaite into saying the Riddle in sacrificing him to Yog-Soggoth to save themselves from the Elder God & retrieve the Devil's Toybox. That was both funny & cool to see in this Episodic Level. Good Job on this Episodic Gameplay of the 2nd Level, Napalm. As always with your various choices & outcomes to give us the Comedy behind selecting the wrong options when talking to the characters. I'm definitely going to checkout your now Finished Walkthrough of the 3rd Episodic Level of Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse & seeing it in Remaster Form once I get around to it. Good Game, man! Good Game!
1:34:29 Wasn't there limerick you could make Sam say here, along with some other things? Also, you can interact with the mole woman's window in the first reel.

My man is a pillar of this community
Maximus finally has his hat like in the original concept art!!!
Just finished this series last night.
The Devil's Playhouse here pretty much has the darkest, but probably the best writing out of all 3 seasons.
i agree but fun anyway
