My pig's sister passed away last summer from an unknown illness. She has a new partner in crime now who's a big softie. They love listening to these noise videos! The boar will popcorn sometimes while the sow wheeks and chatters at my phone. 😄
my piggy is a lone piggy, and she started freaking out and looking everywhere. she started kissing me so much🥺i need to get her a friend edit: guys i wrote this around when i got carmela (my guinea pig) and we werent as close as now. i do heavy research on any pet before deciding on if i actually would like to commit to it or not. a few weeks after i attempted to bond carmela and another piggy, but carmela did not want to associate herself with the other piggy (ginger) and made it very clear. i did go through a safe bonding process and thought maybe it was a little rushed so i attempted again and the same result occurred. ginger and carmela never did bond, but carmela and i did. i have done research on lone piggies in specific, and in some cases, if the owner spends enough time with said piggy, then it is possible for the piggy to bond with owner directly. throughout time i have noticed whenever i come home after school or work she will run up to the side of the cage and wait patiently for me to come say hi to her. carmela is happy to be a lone piggy!:)
oh no get her a friend!!💕 i replied to the wrong comment before. it was someone saying they hated their guinea pig and wouldn’t get it a friend. so i said people like them shouldn’t have pets. im so sorry i’m so dumb every situation is different and the person who made this comment sounds like she looks after her guinea pig very well!! my guinea pigs have had to live apart for a couple days due to my piggies teeth problems as he needed special care so i would never judge someone for having a lone piggy temporarily!!

@@Thecircustapes i know!! my mom is super strict though and thinks if i "give her enough attention" she'll be fine, but im slowly persuading her to buy another one soon!! that's why im trying my best right now to make her comfortable

Imagine how horrifying it would be if a bunch of giants kept you as a pet and would play clips of stranger talking out of no where. Like you’re alone except for maybe one or two other humans and every so often your owner plays other people talking to laugh at how confused you get

Used to have about 20 in a big shed. They had the whole shed and a little outdoor bit and I was gardening with my mum and she crinckles a compost bag and the shed errupted with "WEEEEEEEK WWWWEKKK wEEEkkkkkkk wWwWeEeEeKkKk!!!!!" from 20 piggies and all I hear is my mum shout "Nooooooooooooooo!! It's not food I'm sorry!!!!!" xD
