I donw know any courses. I would recommend topics and a bit of Details about topics important in the field, and looking into the related fields where biotech is relevant. U will get a pretty good idea of what to expect. Biotechnology for beginners by rheinhard and..... Nice book
Ausbildung is always possible, as a BTA, or smtimes CTA. From biology into biotech, will depend on the company nd the position you are applying. I would look into the job description

But in germany, it could be a bit difficult without German proficiency, but NOT impossible. Good luck mate
