I opted for the sister camera, an excellent condition used X1D II and the 45P lens. I have been happy ever since. I am not a run and gun or drive by shooter. It just makes you slow down, compose, and get incredible images. People have to see these images to believe them. Hasselblad gives you quality on so many levels. The 45P so impressed me that I got the others in the P series, 28P and 75P. I have a completed my kit with them. I have been toying with picking up the 907x for studio work, but time and budget will tell on that front. Your assessment is spot on and it isn't a camera system for everyone, but it is the camera system for me. Just something special to hold and use and brings me joy.
Great Review! Owned it for a year, and you are right the 45 mm lens, totally worth it! you totally highlighted the Negatives. Which I must agree on! But I also love the whole package, as for the hand grip it’s an on & off thing, sometimes I used it, often I don’t! Sad about the slowness of the autofocus, especially during travels when people are around, bugger! But else this is a unique package and oh my, the quality & colours of the pictures, superb, thank you for sharing! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Merci for your detailed review! I haven’t bought a medium format camera as of yet but you have me convinced because I like taking my pictures with a lot of thought and that takes time, no rush for me so I’ll be looking into this camera! Greetings from 🇨🇦
Probably not, they didn't have it in the firmware upgrade for X1D II, which is the equivalent of CFV 50C. But they have it for the X2D 100C. I guess they might have it on the CFV 100C in the future!

Really good review Eric. I'm waiting till September for the upgraded version.
Thank you very much. Regards
The lack of live histogram is really annoying, hope it comes out with next firmware!
They fixed it on the x2d but not on this one
@@EricGibaud yeah exactly! I think the next firmware will have it!

Too expensive for what it does.
Yes it is expensive but unique and niche market
