Hey bud thank you for sharing this video it made more confident in switching to Tesla 3 , I’ve been doing the Prius and only have Uber x and Uber green , Uber share , Uber pet turned on .
When I compare the prices between the ones I mentioned vs comfort electric , and comfort rides , there’s a huge difference , almost double the price .
At the end of this video you said you tested the Tesla on a Friday morning and evening , 8 hours total by turning off everything and just leaving the comfort electric and comfort rides , and you turned off Uber x and Uber green . You said you got no rides .
But then when you turned on the Uber x and Uber green rides , all of a sudden you started getting the Uber comfort and electric rides. . That’s confusing , why just by turning everything else on … all of a sudden you finally got request for the comfort. .
My goal is to switch and start getting comfort electric and comfort rides . Vs the regular x and green rides . I want to make more money a week . Every Uber driver that’s picked me up with a Tesla is making $1500-$2,000 a week driving 50-70 hours . I’m driving the same amount and the same amount of rides as well but barely making $1,000
They all say Tesla is guaranteed more money .

I tried hertz tesla rental in 2022 for 3 months and ended up spending $1000 first month charging it but making $2000 / week with $1 incentive & 6 day workl week living 1 hour from Boston. 2-3 charges a day if I drove the 130 miles to Boston round trip.I also rented the prius which is much better for Uber because most rides in Uber are x and gas mpg and range is far better than tesla unless you drive tesla 200 miles daily taking shorter request to save on charging

Well it all depends where you live. Gas price where I am is closer to 5 bucks per gallon. I just got a Tesla and it’s cheaper and way better for rideshare driver. Why? It has autopilot, you can literally just pop it and sit back and relaxed after long trip away from your main location when on the highway. I was skeptical and was scared at first then got use to it and surprisingly pretty safe on the highway with the standard package that it come with. The second reason you get close to 12k off on my state 7.5k tax rebate which is awesome for Uber driver cause you don’t have to worry about paying tax this year and 2.5k plus 2k off from your state. Plus you get an extra 4000k on emissions incentive from Uber per year. If you drive full time and you add all those up, your are paying 29k for it brain new. You can get premier ride and lux ride driving for Uber and Lyft. If you can stand waiting at a sup charger for 15-30 min from 20-80 percent when your on break then yes Tesla is way way way better than a Prius. That being said I’m still thinking of getting a Prius prime at the end of the year when I get my tax rebate for my Tesla 😂 and sorry for the essay. Help a brother out by using my link you get an extra 500 dollars off and I get 500 off on supercharging use my referral link to purchase a Tesla product or schedule a Demo Drive and get up to $1,000 off and other exclusive benefits. ts.la/jacques937244

Oh I forgot about car maintenance and longevity as well, you’ll also save greatly and only have to worry about car tire every 25k-50k mile about 500 bucks per tire depend how you drive and Tesla can last between 300k-500k mile at 28k it’s a steal especially if you plan to use it for Uber

Also if that robo taxi or when that robo taxi becomes a thing and all Uber and Lyft driver get fired, you know you’re future proof and you’re Tesla can earn you passive income. I know we’re are still miles away from that but considering how ai is moving and how I got use to autopilot when at first I was scare and thought I would never use it(in my 40s btw) the next generation will embrace it far faster and I can see it happening in less than a decade from now. Either way you look at it, it’s a win win. “Don’t get left behind, the future is already here today”. I should make this my motto 😂

Hybrids are cash cows, In order for the Telsa to shine your market must be really good or you are working big events to offset downtime charging and high supercharging rates.

Prius is cheaper to run, but Tesla makes more money because it qualifies for premium rides and also the EV bonus.

I pay more for the charges, I pay .44kwh. How do you find pricing? tesla website? I noticed to as soon as i rented the tesla my rides decreased vrs renting a kia. So how is it prius vr tesla almost the same if i get 500-600 plus miles per tank of gas that cost 30 something. Tesla does 250 average. Cost me 17 to go to 230 miles. I dont understand your logic. Kia I got alot more rides, since i got tesla my rides have declined. I think prius is more idealistic. Does more miles vrs electric, and gas going down your paying less for more miles with prius. Dont choke on your wings bro.

You need to own a nice vehicle to go private! There is no way I could do 30 rides a week on UBER. because I am 2 busy doing private and UBER has you making below minimum wage. I drive a Toyota Avalon Hybrid. It is a Lexus es 350 with a Toyota emblem on the hood. I get 36 mpg and most of my private rides compliment how nice my car is. I get 500 miles to a tank. When I drove UBER full time. I worked 8 to 10 hrs straight with a large hydroflask/ piss bottle under the pax seat so I never had to pull over or miss a good ride. Nobody is TCPing Teslas!

@rydevip3678 I advertise on the Nextdoor app and Facebook group for my city. I also have 4 travel agents feeding me rides and a head concierge at a beachfront resort. I also live amongst houses priced from $1 million to $12 million. My next move is I am gonna print1,000 door hangers advertising my car service and flyer my direct neighborhood. I already have 18 private rides scheduled for Sept and it is only Augv16th. I also accept early morning Uber reservations for LAX and at the end I ask if they have someone picking them up? If they say no. They usually book me for the ride back. Got to travel agencies and flip them your card and see if they will pass it on to the people who will need a ride to the airport.
