But they do get attention. I am not that attractive but I have gotten both compliments and attention. I think in this age women have become a lot more vocal about their attraction than before. But men will never point out an attractive man which I think is so stupid.

the other 45-50% are lost because of incomplete digestion or heat production do to inefficient biochemical reactions
of course when you eat more than u need to retain ur body functions more food will be stored
to calculate how many calories u approximately need u calculate:
woman: 10 * weight (in kg) + 6,25 * size (cm) - 5 * age - 161 * 1,2 (for little movement) to 1,9 (for extreme sports)
men: 10 * weight + 6,25 * size - 5 * age + 5 * 1,2 to 1,9
protein and carbs have 4 kilocalories per gram fat has 9 (alcohol 7)
-> counting calories is tidies but there are several apps making it easier if u want to
