    I am owning a hyundai xcent for 2.5 years and I am using it without any issues. I have driven 54000 kms and still I don't have any issues. It is the best car in this price segment

      I am owning a hyundai xcent for almost 7 years and I am using it without any issues. I have driven 350000 kms and still I don't have any issues. It is the best car in this price segment.

When the Maharaja of Patiala (Bhupinder Singh) visited a Rolls-Royce showroom & inquired the price of a high end model, the salesman mocked at him and said he would not be able to afford it. The infuriated Maharaja bought all the cars from the showroom, cut open their roofs and began to use them as garbage trucks!!

      Being a owner of Grand i10, which shares the platform and parts with Xcent, I can say that Hyundai sucks with the quality of their cars. Yes, they come with attractive packages with nice features, their parts quality is absolutely garbage. I too have had so many issues with my car from day one and while their service is pretty decent, their level of knowledge about certain problems is zero. Never buying another Hyundai. Ever.

    Using Santro Xing from 11 years and clocked 84,110km and still the car looks and runs like new only changed battery ,tyres and got Ac gas changed... Happy with car😊

    Horrible experience in hyundai wakad pune showroom. We had gone to purchase hyundai i10. Me and my parents walked around in showroom and even requested for executive to come and talk. For 20 min no one cared or even looked. They said someone will attend soon. After half an hour we walked away. Got good treatment at ford. And eventually purchsed the ford figo titanium

    I have 5 cars all Hyundai, starting from Santro 2000 to Creta 2018. Never encountered any issue. Looks like the service center is indulged in some malpractice

    File a case in consumer court. People think its tedious, time taking process.. but it's actually easy, fast and simple process. It's not costly as well and it will not only help you get your money but also penalty & lesson to cheat companies

    Hyundai worst customer service. My Airbag failed for no reason and company just told it is electrical part and can fail like any other parts. Said goodbye to Hyundai cars after that.

    Hyundai should look into this issue. The dealership is probably fraud. Hyundai is actually one of the best customer friendly car makers out there. Hyundai's after sales service is always great outside India so it must be the Indian dealerships or the employees.

    Same here.... 1yr bhi nai hue aur hamari car ne humei is tarah problems mei dala... chalte chalte ruk gaye...wo bhi shaam ko chitrakoot k jungle mei, repair shop pe gaye to unhone khaa service centre pe hi thik hoga... service centre nahi mila. Kisi tarah dusre din pahunche to band gadi ko tow karne k liye jise bulaya wo banda alag natak karke pareshan kar diya... fir jab hum service centre kisi tarah gadi ko lekar pahunche to guard ne entry karne se mana kar diya... aur fir humei kisi tarah hotel tak pahunchana pada

    Now I don't own Hyundai car but my overall experience from past with Hyundai is very poor. Milage and built quality both are not good. Spares are too costly and most of time service center people cheat you with exorbitant service cost.
    People buy this brand only due to good interior. They doesn't check anything else.

    Dnt go with western companies go with Indian co.s like Tata or mahindra...the same thing happened with me I have bought Hyundai Verna in 2016 there were lot of problems in that car like gear box noise while putting back gear and steering warning lights..than I have sold my car in 2017..now Iam fully satisfied with 2017 scorpio with good mileage n cheap spare parts....

    Maine bhi 7 may 2018 ko ford ecosport Titanium + li thi jiske dono tyres highway mein burst ho gai thi because of bubbles which was a manufacturing defect . But ford India and dealer meri problem jo ki unki problem hai jo unhone mujhe MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE gaadi di hai . Jiska video maine apne isi channel pe dala hai . Please view and spread this. It only helps to fight against the superior powers .

These mnc's come to India and just loot the money from us and take it to their home country. Say no to products of the company's like these.     I have three cars brezza , scorpio , fortuner but i can't feel poor quality like hundai .
    I stysfied by all this three company and i'm trust on him .

    Seriously..!! 😣 Worst company.. not sure why indian quality department allow hyndai to sell cars in India. Worst service. Pre sales is good and after that only thing hyundai gives is dere middle finger to customers..
    Don't buy any hyundai and I would say at least try to reduce their sales till the time this driver problem gets resolved..
    Even people who have purchased their hyundai cars don't go to their service centers for paid services..let them feel the power of Indian public.

    We bought Hyundai i20 asta in November 2018...worst customer service. Employee are rude, incompetent etc. I suggest nt to buy Hyundai cars. Go for other brands where with vehicle they have good customer care support.Dont buy their product ,My experience so far had been nothing less than a nightmare.(for details what happened dm)

    मैने Hyundai कंपनी पर बनायी गयी documentary देखी है जो की History चैनल पर दिखाई गयी थी उसमे बताया था की Hyundai कंपनी के मालिक का पहले गॅरेज हुआ करता था.
    वह गाडी मालिक को बोलता था की स्पेअर्स खराब हो गए है, बदलने पडेंगे और वह वही स्पेअर पार्टस निकालकर साफ करके नये स्पेअर पार्टस है एैसा बोलकर वापस लगा देता था और गॅरेज मैं आनेवाले कस्टमर्स को लुटता था...
    एैसे ही लोगो से पैसे लुटकर फिर उन्होंने Hyundai कंपनी बनायी...

    Simple apni email ki copy complaint servicing bills jo ek mahine baad k he hai le k consumer court pahuncho sabse jaldi within week 2 weeks bhaari fine bhi thukega showroom pe aur nayi gaadi mil jayegi.
    Meri gaadi k sath bhi aesa he hua tha par showroom owner ki hawa nikal gyi court k order k baad aur koi aur gadi ki replacement de di thi turant.

    Consumer court me jao bhai. Waha Hyundai par compensation ka case file Karo. Aapke haqq me he faisala hoga. Aur Koi option nahi hai. All the best
