This is my parent's trailer but I will be helping to facilitate the sale. The trailer is located outside of Phoenix in the city of Surprise, Arizona. We have the clear title ready to go!

· 2021 Interstate Load Trail Cargo Trailer Conversion
· 7x14 with 8’ ceiling height. Rear door is 86.5”. Interior ceiling is 94.5”.
· 7,000lb capacity via 2 Dexter 3500lb Axles. Payload is 4700lbs.
· Haloview rear camera and 7” monitor included
· The Axles are Dexter EZ Lube units with Self Adjusting Brakes on both axles. They have been modified to allow a spring flip for extra ground clearance. The Leaf spring shackles were upgraded to MORyde heavy duty shackles, bronze bushings, wetbolts (for service-ablility), and EZ-Flex Equalizer.
· Dual 20lb Propane tanks and cover
· Vision LED self testing breakaway kit
· Rear Stabilizers
· Spare tire
· 30amp shore plug wired to a central breaker box with a 20amp and 15amp breaker
· Water inlet to the sink and 6 gallon grey tank
· Self contained toilet
· 5000 BTU window a/c unit
· Refrigerator and microwave included
· 3 RV windows added, 1 with emergency exit
· RV door latch on entry door
· Custom built "happy jack" bed in rear with memory foam mattress. 76-3/8” clearance when up.
· Multiple custom cabinets and counter top

You didnt mention anything about the floor. Maybe uou purchased the trailer with that floor. If you all put that floor down yourself would you mind sharing what product you used? Thanks much!
The floor is the stock plywood with some sealer between the joints and then a coat of paint.

Where did you get those black things that hold the AC unit? I would love to use those on mine.
Those were made from plywood to fit the window.
Can you send info on the bed system? Parts and dimensions? Where you obtained them? Thank you.
The bed was all custom-made by my dad to fit in the space. He used simple pulleys from home depot and a hand winch from Harbor Freight.
