Hello, can you tell me if you can actually use this wheel on PC? I know the red one is for Xbox and this black one is for PS4, but I see everyone talking about PC compatibility and then not a single video of it on the PC in any review. I really want to buy it but I am not certain that I can actually use it on my PC. I've never played euro truck simulator so I'm not sure. I don't game on PC. But I'm pretty sure the wheel works on PC so it should work with that game.

THANKS SO MUCH, I think this is the video I needed. I couldn't get my the wheel to actually DRIVE (lol) . Although some of the buttons would work, NONE of my games seem to recognize the T80 F when I'm in game/racing mode.
I tried to change the sensitivity on my wheel and the button turned green and it was flashing but then I plugged in my controller and the wheel disconnected and the wheel has different controls now I can’t use my brake it doesn’t work for some reason can I fix?
Maybe try unplugging the wheel from the PS4 and unplugging your pedals from the wheel and plug them back in too. What game did this happen on? I’ve never had this problem.

It should work with all racing games. Or at least most of them. I think there’s a list of compatible games in the online manual or on the Thrustmaster website.

My wheel registers perfectly to the left (going 0- -100 however it doesn't register to the right until a bit later like it's dead and then it goes from 0-100 and this causes the gameplay to be crap I can't drive straight, If anyone can help me re calibrate or fix it etc I will pay no joke
Well the only thing I can suggest is in the manual it says to not move your wheel while your console (assuming you're not on PC) is turning on and to not move the wheel when your game is booting up to avoid calibration issues. I would try unplugging it and waiting a sec and plugging it back into your PlayStation. Or if you're using PC plug it back into that.
I don’t think you can calibrate your brake pedals in GT Sport. Which mode are you in? I play the game in the precision wheel mode and it seems fine. Never tried it in the controller mode. Maybe try switching to a different mode or unplug your pedals from the wheel and plug them back in and reboot your game. Hope that helps.
So sorry for the late reply. The light blinks when it's in the controller mode. If you want it to stop blinking you must want it back to the precision mode. All you have to do is unplug the wheel and hold the PlayStation button while you plug it back in. That will stop the light from blinking. Hope this helps.
So the gran turismo games dont work with this wheel lol.. meanwhile its says in the game its compatible with the T80... man I thought I was stupid cause I couldn't configure the paddle shifters. I ended up returning the damn wheel lmao

Hmm. What mode do you have the wheel in? If the light is flashing it's on controller mode. And if it's solid it's on precision wheel mode. I've always played GT Sport on the precision wheel mode.
If you could get any gaming steering wheel in the world, would it be this one or is there cooler ones out there. Cuz I’m looking into building a racing set up and I need an expert’s opinion.
I would definitely get a different one for sure. I got this one because it was in my budget. If you’re a beginner then I’d get the Thrustmaster T150 or something similar with Force Feedback. This wheel is ok but there are better ones out there (but unfortunately they’re more expensive too). I do really recommend the racing seat I have (I featured it in an updated video to this). It’s really comfortable.
Press and hold the PlayStation button on your wheel and while you’re doing that unplug your wheel from the front of the PS4 and then plug it back in and let go of the PlayStation button. Then you will be back to the precision wheel mode and the light won’t flash.
I’m not sure about the angle rotation but you can change the sensitivity with the “controller’ mode. If you’re in that mode there’s 3 colors. Green is highest sensitivity, orange is medium, and red is lowest. I explain it all in the video.
I use this for The Crew 2 but the sensitivity is so goddamn high. Even if I drive a drag racer with a speed of 500km/h one touch and the car gets yeeted of the street.

Hello! So I have a problem where the wheel does not work correctly with Windows 10 home. It works on windows 7 pro on my old pc, but that PC is not mine anymore. I had Win 10 Pro on my current Pc and the wheel worked great no problem, my pc needed repairs and they had to reinstall my windows and installed win 10 home and the wheel glitches to the left on every game and it just becomes impossible to play. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks ^^
@@BA-hz4ju try turning it to the left to see if it’ll let you share something. It should either take a screenshot or bring up the share menu (depending on what you have set with the share button). If that doesn’t work, try unplugging your wheel and plugging it back in. And close the game and restart it.
To change modes hold the PS button while unplugging and plugging the wheel into the USB slot in the front of the PS4. Then once you've plugged the wheel back in release the PS button. In precision wheel mode the light should be solid. Not flashing.
If you’re using manual gears you shift into reverse using the paddle shifters. If you have automatic gears it should shift into reverse for you. Hope that helps.

@@-Bishop- the only difference is the design. The Ferrari T80 is based off of the real 488 gtb, so the button layout is also different. The regular black T80 has the more traditional PS4 controller layout. They both have the precision wheel mode and the controller mode along with the different colors for the controller mode.
@@-Bishop- my wheel hasn't broke and it's still working great (knock on wood). I've had it for a few months now and I'm happy with it. I recommend getting it for sure. It's a nice wheel too.

Yeah it's hard to tell for sure. The wheel layout is pretty different. The dpad can be annoying at times but it still works.

The brake is so hard, I played GT Sport with this, I hit full brakes, but it only went half in the game, any solution?

If it’s flashing then you’re in the controller mode and green is the highest sensitivity. So maybe try switching to precision wheel mode.

Mine makes squeaky noises sometimes, especially the brake pedal. Have you been using your pedals a lot? Maybe try spraying something like WD-40.

When the light is flashing the wheel is in the “controller mode”. You probably need to switch to the “precision wheel mode” which is the solid light.

You change it by holding both paddle shivers at the same time and selecting up or down on the d-pad. That’s if you’re in controller mode.

It has a USB plug that plugs into the PS4. The PS4 powers it.

Can someone help with starting need for speed remastered? Where's the option button on the steering wheel?
On the little red dial on the bottom right of the wheel, you turn it to the left for the share feature, and to the right to use the option button.

It should work on the Need For Speed games. I have only tried it on Payback.

How do you reverse with it
If you’re using manual gears you shift into reverse using the paddle shifters. If you have automatic gears it should shift into reverse for you. Hope that helps.

I don’t think so. It doesn’t have that high of rotation.

@@xBeni oh ok. I would try unplugging it and plugging it back in. It could also be a calibration problem. The manual says not to mess with the wheel while you launch a game.

The L1 and R1 buttons are the paddle shifters.

Sorry for the late response. You plug it in to the PS4 USB slot using the USB cable. It should turn on after that.

I unfortunately don't have a mic right now. I'm gonna get a headset at some point. Being a new TH-camr I don't have much equipment to use. I am gonna get this equipment at some point to provide the best content I can.

I don't play it on PC. But its made for PS4 and pc. So I'd say it works on PC.

Yes it works on F1 2019. Although I'm still trying to find the right wheel settings. I prefer using the precision wheel mode also.

The wheel doesn't use the touchpad feature that the controller has.

I'm not completely sure but I looked it up and the black regular T80 has 200 degrees of rotation. So I'd say this one has the same amount of rotation.

How to take it out of race mode ?
To switch modes, while holding the PS button on the wheel, unplug the wheel from the usb slot on the PS4, then plug it back in and let go of the PS button.

@@everyfazeclan1520 you unplug the wheel from the front of your PS4 (the usb slot in front) and plug it back in while holding the PlayStation button on the wheel. Let go of the PS button after you plug the wheel back into the USB slot.

@@-Bishop- the only difference is the design. The Ferrari T80 is based off of the real 488 gtb, so the button layout is also different. The regular black T80 has the more traditional PS4 controller layout. They both have the precision wheel mode and the controller mode along with the different colors for the controller mode.

@@-Bishop- my wheel hasn't broke and it's still working great (knock on wood). I've had it for a few months now and I'm happy with it. I recommend getting it for sure. It's a nice wheel too.
