Now u will say what i am saying is already done by conducting state judicial exams but no here the ones selected under AIJS will be promoted faster and will be actually the material of high and supreme court only , they will work in lower courts just to gain experience like an PO IPS works as 1 star 2 star 3 star during the inital yrs , but he is not a SI , or SHO , he is an IPS but just to gain experience he is working on that post

As for higher judiciary,it demands experience and mere just passing an exam cannot become eligibility for selection.
