@@Maddywg-y2c First step should be an exam of all india judicial services , it should be made very tough should have 2 to 3 stages including intreview , after that once candidates are selected but appointed judges in lower court inly to gain experience then after 2 to 3 yrs they should be promoted as high court judges , then after 10 15 yrs they should be appointed as an supreme court judge . Now u will say what i am saying is already done by conducting state judicial exams but no here the ones selected under AIJS will be promoted faster and will be actually the material of high and supreme court only , they will work in lower courts just to gain experience like an PO IPS works as 1 star 2 star 3 star during the inital yrs , but he is not a SI , or SHO , he is an IPS but just to gain experience he is working on that post

Was the son of and grandson of former Chief justice of India 🫰 but suddenly it's about Khanna ji now it's nepotism ! And reason for this Suddenly Wokeness about nepotism is just because his uncle was the only 1 who was against the unconstitutional Things ( Emergency ) and refused to support the then Congress Govt or I.G ! Where as all other Supreme Court judges' supported it including the Father/Grandfather of D.Y Chandrachud 🫰🤌 Politics everywhere bhut bdiya very very well done INDIANS AND INDIANCITIZENS

Nepotism is undoubtedly bad. Can't be protected.
But is the fact that, someone's family member is sitting as a judge, merely sufficient to disqualify him from becoming judge though he is actually deserving??
