I love these enemy cutscenes, and the fact that they gave the robots entertaining personalities when it came to their attacks/methods! Also, the Tar-Tar Sauce Robot One is my favorite!
Sleepy-time might be scary, Slick is extremely tanky with his bubble shield, but Chuck, goddamn Chuck with his rocket that has prediction targeting is EXTREMELY annoying especially when airborne with sandy

They are quite annoying at most points and can cause many difficulty spikes. Tar-Tar: This is the first enemy encountered that is a ranged enemy. Once again they appear later on in 1-1 after the Ham-mer. If the tar tar makes an impact it splats and stays there for a very short period of time, you will take damage if the Tar Tar robot hits you or if you touch the hot splotches that are left behind when they hit the ground for a short period of time. They take 2 hits to vanquish, They aren’t that bad but they can be very annoying. Later on. G-love bot: This UFO-like Enemy spins around when he has seen you, he is immune to all close melee attacks, you must ground stomp him above to vanquish. They are encountered on 1-2 Downtown Bikini Bottom. Chuck: Chuck is the first enemy robot variant that can fly, he has a missile attack that can attack you from above, depending on where they are, they can only be shot with the bubble missile. Monssoon: is seen on 1 - 3 Goo lagoon another flying robot variant, they summon lightning clouds that can attack you if not careful, these guys do not fly but rather they hover really high, dependeding on how high they are, you can use the bubble missile or the attack that lets spongebob move up and has a powerful headbutt attack. Sleepy-Time: one of my least favourite robot variant in my opinion, they can attack you if you wake them up, there are many ways to wake them up and being in their spotlight is one of them. +Romario Desrosier Speaking of the Sleepy Time robot, after defeating Poseidome and entering the second area of levels, don't complete Rock Bottom right away, instead do the other areas first, defeat Industrial Park, and learn the Cruise Bubble first. Rock Bottom is a *1000X* easier if you know the cruise bubble.

2:08 the best way to take out these sleepy time robots easier is to use the Bubble Cruise aka the Bubble Missile, because unlike bubble bowl, the sleepy time robots can't deflect the bubble cruise, in the rehydrate version, the sleepy time robots can't be defeated with Bubble Bowl Because they can deflect it in any direction, so Bubble Cruise and Sandy Lasso are the best to defeat Sleepy Time Robots
I think thenreason why the robots are the main antagonists of the game is because it's a refrence to the episode in where spongebob thinks mr krabs is a robot
