Quite fun and opens up so many ways to customise it. Wanna build a trail truck? No problem. Gymkhana drift truck? Sign me up. Scale realism on a RC model? Already comes with it as standard! Lovely truck 😊
such a nice upgrade, some people will probably complain on the 4x4 cuz its not true drift just power slide but making a 4x4 2 wheel drive is much much easier than the other way around so theres that
Might be a stupid question but how did you adhere the badges to the car? I have the badges and the stickers but they didnt seem to be double sided. Thanks mate!!
Can’t wait for mine to arrive in a few days and was wondering if some of the parts shared with the D12. Good to see the wheel hubs have been upgraded to metal. Is the truck body identical to the old D12 as i have seen some wide bodykits for the D12
The rear axle is the same but the front drivetrain is like the one in the D64. Pretty sure that the body is the same as the the D12 but the interior is different on the bottom so its not a straight swap but if you use the D12 interior it should probably work.
@@RCManiacsthanks also the front steering knuckle seems to impede changing wheels unless you use an extension. I hope some mod parts will Address this.

Great vid now I want to buy one! Looks so fun in a small package. The 4WD is very welcome!
It is a lot of fun! Been driving it quite a lot actually. Fitted some rally tires on mine as well, super fun on some fine gravel
The new D14 is nice. Great video. Awesome drifting 💯🔥

@@Mambomel yes, that is correct. i had to print some adapters
Bout time they made that
For sure
Is it fully professional control?
Its fully proportional 👍🏼
Which drifts better - The D12 or the D14?
D14, easier with 4wd imo
Someone, please make this into a rally/trophy truck!
@@prince7p268 a lot of people talking about that, will be interesting to see what the community comes up with 👍🏼
Finally! Making an offroad rc kei truck will be way easier with AWD!
For sure!
Awesome
It sure is! Drifts really well and is just a fun release :)
When I first bought the D12 i was overwhelmed by its smoothness. Now all of that with 4wd. Wow!
I am actually quite impressed by this, drifts nicely and handles good overall
Is the body the same as the D 12
I havent checked exactly but there are some differences when it comes to mounting points etc
I just asked Mark over at @smallscaleadventures and he says that there are some differences to the interior tray as well
Just bought one
Nice
nice!
Its a fun truck!
i need it
