- If you're planning to visit Australia for tourism purposes, you'll need to apply for a tourist visa. In this video, we'll walk you through the process of filling out the Australian visa application form for a tourist visa.
First, you'll need to create an ImmiAccount if you don't already have one. You can watch my previous video on how to create an ImmiAccount - • How to Apply for an AU...
The form is divided into several sections, including personal details, passport details, employment and education history, and travel plans. Be sure to provide accurate and complete information in each section.
Once you've completed all the sections, review your application carefully to make sure all the information is accurate and complete. You'll also need to pay the visa application fee, which can be done online using a credit or debit card.
You may need to submit your biometric to process your visa application. I have created another video to schedule a biometric appointment. You can watch it here - • How to Schedule a Biom...
Finally, submit your application and wait for a decision from the Australian government. The processing time for tourist visa applications can vary, so be sure to apply well in advance of your planned travel dates.

Hi, A friend cannot be a sponsor only relatives and family members. You may choose self for support then just create a coverletter and invitation letter regarding your friend providing support.

Hi, got a few questions. Applying for tourist visa and was invited by a citizen and family friend who will cover all the costs, same thing back then in 2013. But in the financial support section, funding details I ticked "supported by other person". I put the inviter details and indicated that all costs will be covered. But there is no "friend" option in the relationship to the applicant field. Can't go to the nxt page, what remedy would be best for this? Thanks
yup, you cannot be sponsored by a friend, choose self funded as it also has a higher chance of approval..as long as you have work, tax document, payslip for proof.. if none, just write a cover letter to explain why you will be sponsored

it's alright not to included that but if you have previous travels or visa stamp you can upload it on evidence of previous travels.. hope this helps

What is a family register or composition form? Is this the same as the birth certificate?

Hello Ms vien, my mother and I were invited by a citizen and a family friend who will cover all the costs. Just that there's no "FRIEND" option in the "RELATIONSHIP TO THE APPLICANT" field.,after I chose "SUPPORTED BY OTHER". Will I choose "SELF FUNDED" instead for me and my mother? There's no other option that's applicable for us. Thanks 😊
Yes, choose that, you have a higher chance of approval if self-funded.

I just want to ask po since we have a Middle Name on our Philippine passports but on the Australian visa portal there are no options to put the middle name, is it required po ba? I asked multiple people and the answers are 50/50, some are saying I need to put it together with the given names and some are saying no need to put since it is not required. Hi, is your sponsor family related? You can choose Visitor Visa - Family Sponsored Stream.
Yoh may also check Invitation from family and friends, if nothing related to that is showing you must have clicked something different.

And under the financial support, funding details pinili ko ung supported by others, since nag provide ang inviter ng docs nya. Kya lng po wlang "FRIEND" option s mga pagpipiian. Pro nlagay kp rn ang details nya at stating all costs will be covered, under the "WHAT FUNDS AVAILABLE" field. I'm currently out of work due to retrenchment, pero my docs nmn po ako ng proof of funds etc.

Did you check your Visa Grant Number? You can only be sponsored by family members po. You have to choose self funded if no available option.

But the reason of my travel is t o meet my bf. Bali ako ung mag shoulder ng pamasahe papunta and pauwi and rest will be shoulder by him. Hi vien! I am a little bit confused kasi I am unemployed and i am planning to apply for australian visa kasi iniinvite ako ng friend ko doon, australian citizen. Pero in terms of financial, supported naman ako ng parents ko kahit unemployed ako,sila lahat gagastos. Worry ko lang is okay kaya na kahit unemployed ako ang ilalagay ko is supported ako ng aprents ko? Wala kasi ako mailalagay like COE etc. Worried ako baka ma deny application ko 🥲

Hi Mam, nasa biometric po nkalist ano po need dalhin. Kukuhanan lang po kayo ng photos and fingerprints.
Bale passport, biometric letter and appt letter lng po saka Php 892 for biometric payment.
