In the name it was said to follow the name indicated in the passport you didn't indicate your middle name. Other says, need to write your middle name after your first name, is this true?
They didn't ask for a middle name, but once you got your US visa they will add the middle name to your given name. 👍🏻 I have been doing this to my clients and no issues at all. 🫰🏻❤️

It's better to choose self funded and just prepare a bank certificate during the interview. 500k up is the ideal amount for a 2 week trip
