That just means she was able to sue and receive more money as she did. However, from personal experience; if she is found to be in breach of contract, she can be ordered to pay all that money back. Most law suits that mediate without going to court/trial would rather settle while each party agrees to never speak of the situation personally nor publicly. Furthermore, I believe our society has afforded "Groupies" the opportunity to WILLINGLY pursue a celebrity and cry "wolf" for monetary gain. I'm not saying that's every case but I'm saying FAME & MONEY are POWERFUL enough to compromise alot of peoples integrity and moral compasses.
