    i wish i watched this the other day, i went from the hanyes manual which says you need to remove the intake manifold, rocket cover and i also ended up taking out the injectors to get the intake manifold out just to make room for the air box to come out, when all i needed was to remove the three bolt for the fuel filter bracket, now i have a leaking injector so cars of the road till i get my new seals, think i learned to hard way, i tested my glow plugs once removed and all four was faulty original plugs lowest plug was around 450ohm and highest was around 1.5m ohm 😱 for such a great video you have earned yourself a new subscriber well done pal👍

    Fantastic video perfectly explained but I still hate doing glow plugs especially when they are at the back of the engine the thought of one snapping gives me sleepless nights!!!

      I agree, it‘s a nightmare to change them on this engine and may result in back pain the next day😎 However in my experience the plugs never get stuck in this engine as they are positioned on the cooler intake side. Kudos to the engineers of this engine, had they only spent a bit more oil volume it would be perfect.

      @@AdrianDragan exact ! La seria 1 toate se intepenesc si se rup,dar la seria 2 !producatorul a remediat problema marind gaura unde intra bujia in camera de ardere. Am 207 din 2007 si nu am avut astfel de probleme.

    Thank you so much for showing it here. How long does it take on this engine?
    If a defined unscrewing torque is exceeded when changing the old glow plug (warm engine), you should stop and, if necessary over several days, support the loosening with multiple additions of penetrating oil. The unscrewing is always very exciting, but so far I have always been lucky.

      Hello. I changed the glow plugs for the first time after 13 years and about 260000km, only one glow plug still worked but the engine started well even at -10 degrees.

      Sunt filmulete in engleza, franceza... Nu e complicat si e bine de facut cu mana ta daca te pricepi un pic si ai si ceva scule pentru ca trebuie atentie la manipulare curea care nu trebuie indoita, trebuie dinamometrica la fiecare surub pt.ca e filet in aluminiu...gadileala pe scurt. Si nu prea am vazut multi mecanici dispusi sa ti-o gadile..😁

      Hello. Before removing the glow plugs, the engine was heated to about 50 degrees. However, these original glow plugs were quite easy to remove.

    Hello, great video. What to do if they break. I tried this 2 weeks ago and 2 of the tips broke off and are still in the engine. It still drives fine but any advice what to do? I hope it is not a really big job

      Hello. A broken glow plug in the cylinder head is difficult to remove, I recommend going to a service. The car will work well with only two plugs but when it will be very cold outside you may have problems.

      Hello. Theoretically, according to your measurement it should be good, but it may be broken with a leak in the negative (short circuit). Maybe it's a good idea to remove the spark plugs and replace them.

      Hi. It seems that in some generations of newer cars with FAP during regeneration the glow plugs are also used and need to work all 4.

      Salut! Da, am mers cu masina pentru a incalzi motorul pe la 70 de grade. Daca pe tester nu apare nicio eroare legata de releu, nu are rost sa fie inlocuit. In clipul din link-ul urmator vezi locatia releului: th-cam.com/video/HwwLxVUcRT4/w-d-xo.html

      Da, aceeasi pozitionare ar trebui sa aiba. Este valabil pentru motoarele de 90 si 110 cai putere.

      Salutare. Daca-mi amintesc bine trebuie sa fie câteva grade cu minus pentru a se aprinde martorul de bujii.

      Salut! Vaselina cuprata nu modifica cuplul de strangere, rolul principal al acesteia este de a reduce posibilitatea de blocare a bujiei in decursul timpului. Eu am strâns la cuplul indicat si de un an nu am nicio problema.

      @@AdrianDragan Cu tot respectul dar știu că, cauza ptr care bujia se blochează este vârful incandescent care "se sudează" în camera de ardere , nicidecum filetul .
      Bine, oricum e indicat la toate bujiile să se pună vaselină pe filet

      Salut. Nu stiu sa-ti spun exact, dar de obicei pompa de vacuum are locatii diferite in functie de motorizare. Daca este vizibila urmareste conducta de vacuum ce pleaca din servofrana si vezi unde se duce.

      Salutare. Le poți proba foarte simplu la baterie.
      Având în vedere ca inca nu au fost temperaturi foarte scăzute e posibil ca inca sa nu fi întrat în funcțiune, desi nu ar trebui sa fie plin e de motorina ci eventual de fum.

      Salut. La Peugeot 307 si 308 se gaseste in fata cutiei de sigurante din compartimenul motor. Poate reusesc sa fac un clip in perioada urmatoare despre acest releu.

      Nu este nimic de speriat în a pune filtrul de motorina la loc, ma complicat este sa desfaci bujiile incandescente din cauza poziției incomode.

      @@AdrianDragan ok, intre timp am mai cautat si am gasit un video in care arata cum se conecteaza filtrul la loc...eu ma gandeam ca nu trebuie sa intre aer pe conducte, dar aparent e ok daca intra putin aer, oricum si clipul tau a fost de ajutor, sper sa reusesc :)

      Nu este nicio problema atâta timp cât nu scoți sau nu scurgi motorina din filtru. Practic când îl scoți ai grija sa nu-l înclini pe partea cu conductele astfel în cât sa eviți pierderea de motorina. Bafta!

    Daca sunt bujiile arse nu -si face regenerare ,pentru orice contact imperfect pe motor ,ducând la risk of colmatage filter.

      Salut. In zilele mai friguroase (temperaturi sub 0 grade) motorul pornea mai greu. La masinile cu FAP (filtru de particule) nu se mai face regenerarea acestuia. Bujiile defecte pot fi foarte usor detectate cu ajutorul unui tester de calitate.

      Eu am alte simptome
      Când pornesc motorul după multe ore de stat indiferent de temperatura care este afara
      La pornire am niște mici zguduieli mici smucituri foarte mici alte persoane nu le pot simți dar eu cum cunosc masina le simt sunt ceva de genul
      Merge câteva secunde se smucește o secunda merge iar câteva secunde iar se smucește și tot asa pana plec de pe loc cam 4 sau 5 min îmi face asa pana plec de pe loc
      După ce se încălzește nu mai face nimic. Motorul este 1.6 tdci 2011 adică motor PSA. La cald merge perfect

    din ce oras sunteti? as vrea sa vin sa schimb bujiile la d-voastra. meseriasii din orasul meu nu cred ca lucreaza cu cheia dinamometrica

      Salut. Eu sunt din Tulcea dar nu ma ocup de reparat masinile, ceea ce repar pe masina mea o fac din pasiune. Din pacate nu te pot ajuta.

      @@AdrianDragan eu sunt din Galati, am ajuns sa imi fie frica sa ma duc la mecanici/service - de fiecare data trebuie sa verific si eu cu atentie pt ca mereu uita sa stranga cate un surub... , am un citroen din 2007 1.6hdi, 9hx, pare exact ca acela din video. daca va razganditi as veni cu mare bucurie macar o bujie sa schimb. anul trecut cand a coborat sub -3 gr am stat cu masina pe dreapta pana a venit cu plus... oricum, multumes pt raspuns!

      @@constantindaniel3496 Imi pare rau pentru experienta mai putin buna cu anumiti mecanici. Din pacate nu am nici timpul necesar sa fac aceasta lucrare. Multumesc pentru intelegere.

    Salutare
    Dețin această motorizare pe o Mazda 3 2008 achiziționată de nouă, până în prezent am 230.000 km si nu am schimbat niciodată bujiile incandescente.
    Cu toate că locuiesc la munte unde e frig,nu a fost cazul .
    Din câte am auzit acest motor de 1.6 tdci/hdi pornește bine la frig chiar si cu bujiile arse , datorită compresiei mari .
    Totuși când acestea se ard apare cod de eroare pe tester?
    Regenerarea dpf se mai face sau nu?
    *Am rămas uimit cât de ușor s-au desfăcut,sincer sunt foarte speriat din cauza foarte multor persoane care pe forumurile Ford si Mazda se plang de problemele care pot apare la deșurubarea acestora, respectiv ruperea în chiulasă
    Dar nimeni nu a precizat dacă era vorba de bujiile originale sau înlocuite după aceea .
    Așadar să înțeleg că dacă sunt cele din fabrică se desfac mai ușor, respectiv sunt mai rezistente la torsiune/rupere ?
    Câți km are Peugeotul din clip ?

      Salutare! Detin aceeasi masina cu 215.000km si ce pot spune e ca sunt foarte importante bujiile, pe tester am observat ca sunt aprinse in momentul regenerarii, cel mai probabl pentru a creste temperatura pe evacuare. Probabil ca regenerarea nu se va face la fel de eficient fara ca acele bujii sa fie perfect functionale, totodata sa nu uiti sa completezi rezervorul de aditiv pentru regenerare DPF, Eolis se numea producatorul substanteti respective. Pe langa asta iti recomand schimburi de ulei la maxim 1 an sau 10.000km cu un ulei norma ACEA C1 si sa urmaresti injectoarele sa nu pufaie, in cazul in care pufaie se schimba garniturile si problema e rezolvata.

      Cu Eolys 176 am completat mereu,nu a rămas niciodata fără...
      Injectoarele deocamdată nu pufăie si nici ulei nu au pe lângă ele, garniturile acestora sunt cele originale
      Ulei , schimb la 15.000 deoarece rulez doar extraurban,e ok si normaC2 , important sa fie Low Ash.,.
      Tot motorizare 1.6 ai si tu? Luată de nouă mașina?

      @@missionnad1 Masina a fost luata SH la 80.000km si pana in prezent am avut o problema cu garnitura la un injector si desi am folosit uleiul original o vreme, intr-o iarna mi se tot oprea motorul, obisnuiam sa il tin pana la 15-17.000km. Cum am schimbat uleiul si am respectat cei 10-12.000km maxim, nu am mai avut probleme sa mi se opreasca motorul la rece. Da, este necesar un ulei low ash, ACEA C1 este cel mai low posibil are undeva la 0.4-0.5% sulphated ash la ardere dar sunt si unele C2 cu continut foarte mic de ash pe la 0.55-0.6 insa pot sa mearga si pana la 0.8. De asta prefer C1, e mult mai sigur. Alta operatiune efectuata a fost o curatare a DPF-ului la Cluj, a scazut presiunea diferentiala maxima din filtru de la 30 mpa la maxim 6 mpa, iti recomand sa verifici daca ai ocazia aceasta presiune diferentiala.

    Better is ceramic grease, do not use Cooper grease!
    Aluminium + Cooper it makes like concrete.

      Little "Sand" of Cooper on thread + aluminium + temperature is not good idea :)
