Buddy Miles was staying with me for a couple of days and asked me what I wanted to do, I told him I would be going to the Phish show at MSG if he wasn't here. He asked me for the phone and called Ron Delsner who invited us to the show. I then spoke to Ron and suggested Buddy sit in with Phish since my other friend Noel Redding did many times. Ron said that would be fantastic. The rest is history....The next day the papers review ; Buddy was the old guard passing the baton on to the new...........
