- I'm slowly learning to be comfortable with the unknown in my practice. When things don't go as planned, it's hard not to stop what you're doing and fall into a rut. The reality is ish happens, and we have to keep on trucking. Quick problem-solving in the studio is an essential tool for a studio artist. It's okay if things change, and maybe it's for the better! I've enjoyed gaining inspiration from my everyday life and using it in my practice. I finally found a place for my airbrush pieces in my work and couldn't be happier with where my art is currently. I plan on creating an oil painting to compliment the airbrush piece I made in this video, and I can't wait to finish this set.

Love the airbrush piece and the idea of redrawing your childhood drawing. I looove those Stabilo crayon pencils!!!
Ahh tysm!! And yes, they’re the best!
A good way to tighten up your canvas without using the steamer.....spray the back of your canvas real good with a spray bottle (water) and set it aside to dry. If you can set it somewhere warm (maybe not in direct sunlight) to dry. It will tighten right up.
I've done this before, definitely works 🎉
Awesome, thanks for the tip! I'm going to try this out next time :)
I love that you’ve been including more snippets of your daily life!
