Sir mera Flipkart Billion ka touch induction hai. Woh achanak kam nehi kar raha hai. On karne se beep deke light blink kar raha hai lekin on nehi ho raha hai. Usko open karne ke baad hum test kiye the. Dekha ki sab me Tester phase dikha raha hai. Bridge rectifier ke +ve or -ve dono mein tester glow kar raha hai. Touch ka spring, fan ka do point sab mein phase hai. Kyase thik kare usko?

What is the role of preset its value and how to adjust the preset. Preset gives the value 5.39 k . Problem with the set is slow heating .

hi very informative and practical video brother, i appreciate u. my philips 4909 induction cooker not switching on, checked bridge rectifier igbt are ok. 18v 5v not coming, observed 230 dc voltage coming upto r33 low resistance protection resistor but output not coming, r33 resistor showing open-- i think this resistor connects to 450 v capacitor-- may i know the value of this resistor? --one more observation is diode before 50 v capacitor showing short(50 ohms) , in diode mode voltage showing zero-- may i know the model no. of this diode?

In my induction cooker I saw that two diodes burnt at point of the last two diodes you replace. What can made it to blown?

@@CreativeWorldPro thanks for time sir, Have replace the two burnt diodes still yet my induction cooker didn't come up. Have checked the igbt, bridge rectifier, the 22 ohms resistor, 4.7uf capacitor all these are in good condition.
But I discovered that the voltage at voltage regulator IC 78L05 is 0.02v , am expecting more than that. Please help me on this. The induction cooker is Preethi, the board is like the one you are working on, it has same components arrangement

soldering हटाने के लिय सबसे आच्छा तरीका है फाईबर तुली(फाईबर राॅड़)की ब्रश बना कर ।यह इस प्रक्रिया मे जलता भी नही,परन्तु याद रखे फाईबर राॅड़ को हाथ या त्वचा पर घष॔ण ना करेे , क्यो की फाईबर की बारीक कण काटे की तरह चुभते व खुजली करते है।इस का soldering हटाने का कार्य अन्य soldering removing उपकरणों से सस्ता व आच्छा है।
