Beautiful place and a beautiful presentation. Three of the greatest days of my life were the days i visited Claiborne Farm years ago. The first visit came with my family back in the sixties. I saw Bold Ruler and Round Table that day. The next time i visited i got to see and pet Secretariat. Last time i visited with and got to pet the immortal Mr.Prospector. Well, guess that covers some ground, doesn't it. Hope to go back again someday before i leave this world. Lord willing.
This film is pure art with gorgeous horses. I was with a horse trainer at the Jr Leagie Horse Show and I am still kicking myself that I didn't get out and visit Claiborne and see Secretariat. That was in the late 1970s so he would have been there.
Thank god they don't send horses abroad anymore! The Ferdinand horrific event still make me cry. If anything good came out of it, it was Ferdinand Clause and the Old Friend retirement Farm for older horses to enjoy the rest of their days 😢😢
Such a beautiful farm. The foals are so cute, I see some that look like Secratariat. I have been binge watching him. What a masrerpiece of a horse. Truly, God's horse!
This is nex best thing to heaven. Being with horse is spiritual. They're magical creatures. God graced me with these amazing creatures. To say I'm lucky is a understatement. From foal to grave site I've experienced the whole gambit. This is a beautiful film. I remember taking brood mares down to 1 of the farms. We were lucky to have private access to the farm. And several others. Heaven without horses will be empty. I hope I I reunite with mine. Then life is complete
@@equine2020 she is now an adult and her dream to work with horses failed as all local stables are not hiring one stable looked promising but they dont hire ppl instead they let ppl who can't afford lessons on how to ride work for thier lessons

Same, he really wasn’t just a horse. God wanted to give us all a glimpse of perfection, Pegasus on Earth.
One of my favorite places to visit! (missing it this spring) 🐎

Wept at Secretariat's grave in the Fall of 2016...
Don’t blame you, but take solace in the fact he will greet us all when we get to our greener pastures.
@@Psyfi85Thank you for such a beautiful thought.
God's little corner of the world.

Man O War 💖

@@whitneystanek5081 Secretariet would most likely win due to his speed distance and Stan but your opinion

Let there be light.
My daughter wants to work for and help ur raise horses when she grows up
She'll have to be knowledgeable about thoroughbreds. They're a different breed of horse. Not like other breeds.
