    • @basti9516
      @basti9516 4 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      {Delete this} That’s actually an opinion I can support. When I say someone’s lucky I definitely don’t mean there‘s a mysterious force responsible for that haha however I am certain nothing is predestined so when a random person types in random numbers and wins the lottery for me that is luck :)
      Also it’s just logical that there‘s people randomly experiencing greater good things in life than bad things and vice versa, so yeah that’s what I meant to say with my original comment :)

    • @MadameSarah
      @MadameSarah 3 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      It’s true. When you are part of one of “those families”, and you know when you are, there is no denying how lucky or unlucky some people are. It makes it so hard to relate to others and so easy to relate to a few. Everyone has their stuff but some would do anything to trade in their horrifying experience/s for the more common negative experiences.

      If you want to talk about this technically I feel like it's the decisions you make. The little decisions that everyone makes right now affects the outcome of future events. Say you got In a car crash. If you didn't go or simply went to a minute later it would have not happenned. And every other car on the road affects his outcome

Recently I had to call an ambulance whilst staying on the phone with my grandmother who was having a stroke (with no one to help her) and it was the most traumatic feeling to not be able to hold her as she'd held on to me when I needed her throughout my entire childhood. Thankfully she's still here, though we've lost a significant part of her mentally. I'm terrified of what would've happened if I hadn't called the ambulance as soon as I did. Honest answer in case you want children: find a nice and rich husband as long as you are young and beautiful. Looks fade and then it will get much more difficult because all the good men will be taken and all the others are divorced and broken/dishonest/unattractive. But it's your choice.

    • @kevtb874
      @kevtb874 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@PK-px9hu what crap advice.
      Be your own person. Support yourself. Your mental health and self respect will thank you for it. Your husband will too if marriage is in your life plan.
      Being dependant on another for stability will cause all sorts of issues.
      My advice is to make a move in a direction your heart wants is often all the scarier for it. Indecision and stagnation never lead to anything good. You don't have to have the next 5, 10 or 20 years mapped out. You can always course correct. That's called life. Riding predetermined rails isn't life (as comforting a thought as it is). So make those decisions, make a step and see where it takes you.

    The 22-year-old is my life right now. It's fitting that I'm basically the same age (in August I turn 22). Like, life is so easy as a teenager, then you finish high school and come to the realization that you need to figure out a future for yourself. To call that process stressful is the understatement of the century. Only now at almost 22 do I somewhat have an idea of how my life is gonna unfold over the next two decades. I consider myself pretty lucky, though, as some people don't have a life plan figured out until they're 30 or much older.

    living with the knowledge that a loved one died in youth is so much harder than anything else i've ever experienced.
    Bones heal, fears can be overcome, life style changes can be accepted, mental health issues like depression, anxiety and anorexia can be worked through, you can learn to live without your exs, uni doesn't matter as much as you think it does, but grief lasts a life time.
    With the sick and elderly it can be rationalised that they are in a better place.
    I worked thought a 48hr masters exam with an agonizing kidney infection and inflamed intestines.....but i'd do it again immediately if i could bring her back.

    When I was eight, I got a chance to join a special program and it was so difficult. I didn’t know anyone there, I was going to a brand new school, and it was so stressful. I had three years of that, I went through it all and didn’t quit, even when it was at its hardest. So I would say my hardest moment was when I decided to keep going.
