@@caraziegel7652 definitely ! They nailed it perfectly with this refresh and now they’re so ready to push that Jeepy looking 2024 model that’s really just an Ioniq variant, no thanks. Totally over did it and also increased the price. This model is perfect!
If I had to buy a new EV, the Kona SE would be my choice.

They are not powered in Canada, but what's more annoying is that they are not heated. Not too good for our Canadian winters! But that's the only negative thing I can think of for our brand new, 5 days old, Kona Ultimate. Superb comfort and superb performance!
At that price level, one can reasonably not expect 4-wheel drive and adaptive cruise control. Those belong on higher trim levels, with corresponding higher prices.

The 2023 Kona EV has a defect that Hyundai cannot fix! We are on our second 2023 Kona EV and it has the same problem as the first one. There is no internal heat and @hyundai cannot fix it. Our dealerships solution, @Colonial_Hyundai, was to swap a brand new car (same make, model and color) for more money a month. But, the new Kona EV has the same exact defect! Obviously Hyundai quality controls are severely lacking. When we reached out to @hyundai, they don't think anything is wrong with our situation. I will NEVER buy another @hyundai again! #HyundaiKona #KonaElectric #EV

The laws coming out about low emission cars only apply to NEW cars and dont apply to trucks, I think. And i mean, there are electric school busses now, and amazon uses electric delivery trucks. the lifetime cost of ownership is lower because you dont buy gas or have to do engine upkeep
