I bet this is a returning patient and is told not do do it themselves. Messing with their face, picking and squeezing their infected pimples Is why they have such a problem in the first place.
By squeezing out the old blood, she's squeezing out there infection. It will also help with his hyperpigmentation that blood won't be too sitting on the surface of his face.
When you do facials you have to open the pores and soften the skin. It makes easier to remove them. When you’re done you have to use post extraction solution to kill bacteria and seal with the right calming moisturizer for their skin type. Typically use a spf as well to help of preventing more hyperpigmentation.

I think this one is a return, his skin is actually looking better than previously. Some kind person translates occasionally, most of them report the patients are referred by a doctor, so he's probably on medication, then the treatments at the Spa work in conjunction with those.
I am sure you can relieve him of all these impurities so that he can go to work, to school, to community activities and feel better about himself as his skin heals up. Thank you for helping him so much!
These people are paying for something I would totally do for free. Makes me want to take a vacation to wherever this is, hang around outside one of these spas and pilfer clients by telling them I will perform the service for free if they just step into my van. LOL

If she first popped the big pimples that are bloody she might not be able to see a lot of the smaller ones to pop. And small acne becomes big acne later. So popping the smaller ones first helps the client's skin clear up faster.

One thing people forget is how uncomfortable these types of acne are. Cystic/nodular burns when you can feel it starting up under the skin, those big blackheads, they itch. Beyond the pain, they're just uncomfortable.
You need to sqeeze until it bleeds a lot.. only then you can be assure that its clean underneath. Otherwise you make it a big infection. And, i think it looks worser then it is actually
@@ess6028 Exactly. It only looks like a lot of blood because it's extremely close up that we are seeing it spurt out. at regular viewing you see that it's small droplets. Dude lost less then a gram of blood total.
Speaking from experience antibiotics only work so far then you have to drain them. My poor doctor has a field day. She learned to cover her hair and face.
Why would you change them? The gloves are not sterile and you won't see surgeons or dentist stop mid procedure to change gloves. Whatever is being worked on gets cleaned and santised afterwards . Sorry married to a dermatologist and that is just how it works whether it is pimples, cysts, cancer, heart or tooth extraction.
It's basically blood letting. Old stagnant coagulated blood pooled under the top dermis. If it doesn't come out it can spread and cause huge problems, acne for one.
@@ashleycreason1986 yes it is, its old coagulated blood that been sitting there forever. Like a hematoma. Any blood that sits to long is coagulated and its part of the clotting process. It's not moving through viens or arteries therefore it becomes coagulated. You can tell by the consistency and color.
@LisaLou4sho old blood would be congealed and come out similar to the pus in the cavity but a darker reddish brown, bright red is fresh and from capillaries and veins of which the skin has many, the blood will pool under the skin in the cavity where the pus once was so the best means of stopping that is a cold compress not squeezing the living daylights out of it to encourage more bleeding.

👀 poor guy, that skin is so inflamed and it looked so painful. Some of those things came out with very little squeezing from her; why don’t they pop them themselves?
You are a miracle worker! I know how this client is probably feeling about their acne. I would come home from school every day and spend about an hour in front of a mirror, just popping everything. Hoping to end the really angry pimples as fast as possible.
Man that was bloody...holy moly he has some infected pimples... that had to hurt getting stabbed all over his face....I wonder if they get any kind of pain medication....anyone know why all these young people have such problems with pimples....I feel very lucky not to have such skin problems...my heart goes out to all you and sending many many prayers....
This kind of skin damage is because of a popular skin cleaning product that has been used in Vietnam since about 2019. It has a bleaching agent in it 😱😢
There is an ongoing problem with side effects of a product used during the Vietnam Conflict called Agent Orange. The acne is very distinct. The best that can be done is debunking and controlling. It affects all ages. As far as the stabbing, its unfortunate that these technicians do it because it really is unnecessary. Acne forms in pores so a constant and effective squeeze would create A good "POP"which is all that's needed for the majority of all pimples.
This guy is gonna need a transfusion after this. Lol. Poor guy looks rough, but they’re in the right hands now and will be much bette after a few of these treatments. I’m forever amazed at the final results.
It's an important part of the process though. To get the infected blood out is important for healing. They are a client first and a TH-cam video second. It's easy to FF the parts you don't like.

The face bleeds. A lot and at the slightest scrape. Just say you don't like pimple popping and move on. Blood is part of the job and it's far less harmful to the skin than hard squeezing.
@@emmavink - It's okay for her to state her preference. There are many different kinds of pimple popping to choose from as I'm sure you already know. Some people have an aversion to seeing blood. @@LoveHappinessShineOn I don't agree. She is stating it as a negative judgement. Imagine complaining about water when you go to an aquarium. You can see the skin usually in the thumbnail. Just when I was getting annoyed at the bleed/wipe/bleed/wipe, and about to forsythia video a bit, around the 8 minute mark, that one just exploded everywhere...did not expect that! 😳 (Don’t think she did either 😊)
May i ask a question. I love watching your videos. How long is a typical session and what kind of services does it include? Also how long is the session and how much does it cost?
Because they are not formally trained and are not a licensed professional. Unsanitary as all get out and I wouldn’t let one of these people get within 100 yards of my face. This is almost barbaric with the use of those blades and the continued squeezing when nothing but blood is being expressed. Continued pressure to the same area of the face can cause bruising and severe trauma to underlying soft tissue.
I enjoy her videos but seems the camera work hasn’t been as great lately and wish the videos were longer there is so much more to get lol. I feel so bad for this person though
147 superb pops. However when the blood squirts out like that. It's because you have burst a vessel. Therefore you need to apply pressure to the area. Not force the blood out.
In a perfect world maybe but this is Vietnam and many people don’t even have clean water to wash their face. I have seen young people with worse conditions on this channel end up with clear skin after several treatments. Peace.

I am sure you can relieve him of all these impurities so that he can go to work, to school, to community activities and feel better about himself as his skin heals up. Thank you for helping him so much!
This IS his job.
These people are paying for something I would totally do for free. Makes me want to take a vacation to wherever this is, hang around outside one of these spas and pilfer clients by telling them I will perform the service for free if they just step into my van. LOL
😆
😂😂😂
Dang, just realized your last name is Face☆
I’m going with you!!!! I swear there has to be something in their water!!
So book your flight to Vietnam 🇻🇳 then cuz that's where they are
It kills meeee when they start popping pimples I dont even seeeee! Start pooping the big ones
I understand that she is looking at it from the opposite direction than the camera so we're not seeing what she's seeing and vice-versa, but I agree that she is missing alot!
If she first popped the big pimples that are bloody she might not be able to see a lot of the smaller ones to pop. And small acne becomes big acne later. So popping the smaller ones first helps the client's skin clear up faster.
This client suffers a lot of pain, so I think he steers her where the pain is not unbearable.
Please change the gloves!!
Its not going to happen - its not the USA where everything is cheap and disposable.
I love when she goes to squeeze one and a whole bunch go.
@@belgirlenegulard4788 These people aren't dirty or anything. They have a bad skin condition called chloracne and it comes from Agent Orange that the Americans used in the war to defoliate the jungles, they sprayed it on their own soldiers too. However, at some point they received compensation for the damage to their health. To this day, the Vietnamese have not received a dollar in compensation and chloracne is the only disease that can be treated at all. Due to the fact that the soil and water are contaminated with dioxin, malformed children are born to this day. You can research all of this on the internet. One thing people forget is how uncomfortable these types of acne are. Cystic/nodular burns when you can feel it starting up under the skin, those big blackheads, they itch. Beyond the pain, they're just uncomfortable.
This was like watching a blood bath. Poor person, hope they don’t faint when they stand up!
It makes me wonder if they had any blood left.
Thank you for removing those scabs.😄
i think this person needs some strong antibiotics
Definitely. And is probably taking them.
Speaking from experience antibiotics only work so far then you have to drain them. My poor doctor has a field day. She learned to cover her hair and face.
I had antibiotics with my cyst. Doc told me to pop and empty it to give the meds the best chance to work.

Clean gloves would be a plus. Love the pops though.
Are all the scars and infektions from past treatments! What a bloody mess
Really should be cleaning the clients face multiple times during these procedures. Wouldn’t hurt to change or wipe off your gloves either.
100% agree
Wastes her time.
Did you do that when you had acne?
Why would you change them? The gloves are not sterile and you won't see surgeons or dentist stop mid procedure to change gloves. Whatever is being worked on gets cleaned and santised afterwards . Sorry married to a dermatologist and that is just how it works whether it is pimples, cysts, cancer, heart or tooth extraction.
@@iamarianna8972 thank you! Makes no sense to change it mid way
Why do they keep squeezing the blood like that, must bruise for a long time after
To clear out the hematoma or possibly infected part, I think. I’ve had to do that once or twice on a wound on my body.
It's basically blood letting. Old stagnant coagulated blood pooled under the top dermis. If it doesn't come out it can spread and cause huge problems, acne for one.
That's not coagulated blood they're squeezing out.
I’d like to see what gets sucked up in those bottles 🤷🏻♀️
Me too
It’s bloody fluid.
Nothing get sucks up. It creates a vacuum so the blood will stop flowing and allow the blood to clot.
@@russellstewart8656 - True, except it does suck up some of the blood and bacteria. Though the rest of what you said is right.
Thanks everyone for answering
blood letting doesnt work. I wish they would get professional training

Getting that old infected 🩸 blood out of the face. Excellent operation!
Old infected blood? 😂 Clown.
Totally agree. The extraction technician is excellent. She has a light touch with her razor minimizing bleeding, extracts cleanly without leaving holes half-done, cleans the face as she works and isn’t talkative. I would like to see more of her work. I really don’t like watching severe acne vulgaris which shouldn’t be treated with extraction. It leaves a bloody mess and scars on the face.
How dare you?
I like blood and pus
absolutely shocking what they do to the skin! why the hell do people not use skin treatments 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Not talking is a good thing? That would drive me crazy

I know how this client is probably feeling about their acne. I would come home from school every day and spend about an hour in front of a mirror, just popping everything. Hoping to end the really angry pimples as fast as possible.
I don't know what they're saying but I find it soothing and relaxing. Just like needle point. 😎👌
Squeezing the same spot over and over causes bruising and trauma. You shouldn’t do that
They’re tired I’m seeing them push the same one and it’s just blood coming out blood coming out bo
I agree. If it doesn’t help to squeeze the pimple 3-4 times why would you continue squeezing it almost 30 times?!
Y’all should take notes from Suri Nguyen. Her popping technique is the best
We all have our favorites.

Right? Never thought I’d say it, but it is too close. Ours is a strange addiction, no?
The hyper wiping makes this so nerve wracking to watch.
4:29 When it gets good!
This guy is gonna need a transfusion after this. Lol. Poor guy looks rough, but they’re in the right hands now and will be much bette after a few of these treatments. I’m forever amazed at the final results.
When do you see the final results?
I always have to skip over the parts where she squeezes & squeezes forever, just squeezing out blood. Other than that, it’s a great video!
It's an important part of the process though. To get the infected blood out is important for healing. They are a client first and a TH-cam video second. It's easy to FF the parts you don't like.
Am I the only person who was taught NOT to pick at your pimples? That they would spread & leave scars if you did?
3:35 MY GOD HOW COULD YOU IGNORE THE GIGANTIC WHITEHEAD RIGHT BESIDE THAT TINY COMEDONE YOU EMPTIED!!!?! She even went past it AGAIN 10 seconds later hunting for buried treasure! I need to relax, getting WAY to invested in acne cleanups half a world away. :(
Wow. Props to this dude. A true warrior.
The blood stains on the gloves is making me nervous

They could at least wash them off. I can’t help but think they are spreading the infection and doing more harm than good.

Good things its only infected bacteria blood she got rid of and not healthy cells!
I’d really like to see the whole session, from when they walk in the door until they leave.

I prefer they leave the microscopic ones out of the video.
Too much blood for me. Time to move on.
The face bleeds. A lot and at the slightest scrape. Just say you don't like pimple popping and move on. Blood is part of the job and it's far less harmful to the skin than hard squeezing.
So you'd rather them leave that dirty infected blood there to swell up more and leave scars? Got it
@@emmavink - It's okay for her to state her preference. There are many different kinds of pimple popping to choose from as I'm sure you already know. Some people have an aversion to seeing blood. But still enjoy other pimple popping videos with little to no blood coming out.
I like all of them but I really enjoy watching these bloody-bacteria pops. Because it feels like they need professional help clearing them up even more.
@@LoveHappinessShineOn I don't agree. She is stating it as a negative judgement. Imagine complaining about water when you go to an aquarium. You can see the skin usually in the thumbnail. A bit of cotton wool would be good on each side when you are squeezing
Stop squeezing the same thing it's obvious it's just blood no more pimple

WTF?! Does this technician lust after blood or what?? That's way too much bleeding!
Soi sáng có lẽ là kênh thông minh nhất🤓🤓
Why do they keep squeezing so much blood out and then wipe it with the same old dirty bit of cotton roll?
Because they are not formally trained and are not a licensed professional. Unsanitary as all get out and I wouldn’t let one of these people get within 100 yards of my face. This is almost barbaric with the use of those blades and the continued squeezing when nothing but blood is being expressed. Continued pressure to the same area of the face can cause bruising and severe trauma to underlying soft tissue.
I enjoy her videos but seems the camera work hasn’t been as great lately and wish the videos were longer there is so much more to get lol. I feel so bad for this person though

This guy should be at a dermatologist not an esthetician. He needs antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory. Then a good cream.
In a perfect world maybe but this is Vietnam and many people don’t even have clean water to wash their face. I have seen young people with worse conditions on this channel end up with clear skin after several treatments. Peace.
In the video they talk about a serum and topical cream that Thuy gave him to use though
Thuy isn't an Esthetician. She is a technician at an Acne Spa. If he could afford a Dermatologist he would be there. But this is what many fortunately have at least. And although its not perfec it is effective.
What is it squeezing blood out 20 times after the pimple is out? I don’t understand the purpose other then to spray the neighborhood down...lol
