This is a GREAT video!!! It has a good subject to work with, the technician is clearing out the pores, and there is minimal trauma to the skin (little to no bleeding).🌺👍🌷👍👌🌹
As teen I went through this type of treatment weekly. Accutane came on the market and I was able to to get on it for two rounds... I went from cystic acne to almost completely clear skin in a few months. I don't know how much it costs now days (we weren't rich when I was a kid) but it would be so much better for these patients or patrons of these spas.
Accutane is now prescribed very, very sparingly due to the adverse effects on the major organs. Vietnam is a developing country and salaries are not that high. They go to SPA's as there are affordable treatments, usually with some medic affiliated (I think Thuy has a medic of some sort who oversees the cases) and if you go to the SacDepSap website, you'll see the 6 point treatments carried out on acne patients in the spa each session. She does get very good results. I'm sorry you had cystic acne, and I'm glad it went, but today, it would more likely you would be sent to an aesthetician's to have them cleared along with other medication. Thuy is one of the best at these treatments, and Josefa finds them no matter how deep down they are, she gets those suckers!
Not everyone can take Accutane and even then it doesn’t work for all those who can take it. If you were able to tolerate it and it worked that’s fantastic but that’s not common. It only about 57% of people can take it and then only half of those will have a good experience
Sometimes I find myself getting anxious when misses the ones right next to the one she just finished popping. Why are you over there? You missed some over there! Stop! ✋ go back! 🥴😳

Such a painful treatment for this client but very necessary. Not many technicians have the skill to tackle this type of case but Thuy's one of the few that I would trust. This young client will very soon see a difference .
It's just so satisfying lmao....except when she leaves a face looking like a bloody crime scene I don't particularly like those pops from this channel too aggressive I feel bad for the people who get treated like that with their faces literally bruised from too many hard squeezes with nothing coming out.

Anyone else clench their toes!!!!, till the pores are cleaned out my brother & I used to have competitions to see who could find the grossest pimple popping, he at 60 & me not far behind, knowing that our sister who’s not good at the sight of blood had been known for putting the cushions on her face, which made our brother laugh all the more. Oh yes I still missed him & even miss his rather warped sense of humour. 😂😇😋🥰
I want to also watch you pop the big red some with most without white heads too, it adds variety and I like to watch those pop even more cause you never know what they will do. Thank you great video

This channel does have great camera work. I do have a couple questions. (1) Do they put warm compresses or wash the face in any way before they start on it? (2) Do they use anything to help shrink the pores afterwards? I think this place is in the city and it's bad enough to go out in public with your face all red and messed up for all the world to see, but add to that all the pollution in the city that can get in those newly opened pores.

Does anyone else love the kind at 1:37 - the ones that look like a pine nut? They pop out and look way bigger than you think, and don’t have a tail or anything left behind.
She does such a good job using the scalpel to loosen the plug and get it out of the pore. Some people stab the pore cutting the inside and making it bleed. That causes damage and scaring and is not necessary. Good job for your client!
Forgot to add that she looks very onest as well. Her clients are so very much lucky! She deserve all the comments that I can think of when it comes to her professional work.
My thanks to this poor client for sharing. It was apparent that this was very painful for him . Even though the esthetician was being as gentle as she could and still do the job.

One of my favorites. Nice big blackheads and not so much blood. That big lip pop at the beginning was great.
If you have your patient drink a glass of water just before treatment the pops will slide out much better.😃
