Commenting before the video starts: I was at the park today working on working up to drop ins. Dropping down a mellow bank, steep bank, some rolling around, then chickened out on the 4’ roll in. I was hoping to get a bowl drop in, but I def need some more practice Ok. I’m going to watch the video now Dude, props on 2 slams and getting back at it. I’d prob call it after 3 also, lol
@@RedBoard86 Yeah, I kept doing the same thing and didn't want to push it. You'll get that roll in don't worry about it. Thats gonna be another one I want soon, roll ins...🙏🏼🤙🏼
@@Steves_SkateXplosion Those are small drop ins, I think the pool tile cooing was messing me up. When I zoom I can see my front foot sliding up on the board. I'm going to work on kickturns and carving before I try that again.🙏🏼🤙🏼
Sweet deal man!!! You got a base down for drop ins!!! The bowl transition seems to be a short radius or tighter radius so this will cause you to pitch forward unlike the first ramp you dropped in on which had a bigger radius. Dont stomp the front foot down or lean forward on the tight transitions, tip yourself into the ramp. The tipping motion will give you that glide down the wall. Big props though, that is a pretty tight transition you tried out 🙌
When I zoomed on the slams, it looked like my front foot slid forward when I went to drop in. Thanks for the advice, trying to wrap my head around "tipping". Its steeper than the mini ramp so I was thinking I have to stomp down fast. Idk, I'll give it a try next time.🙏🏼
Way to go man, yeah that’s not for me transition freaks me out! Great job brother! That other one I guess is steep I don’t know man again that’s not for me just glad you are padded up!
Great park sesh! Nice drop ins and fair play for getting back up and trying on the bowl dude. Kick turns are looking good too, you ok after your falls today bro? 👊🏻
when i first started watching your content you had your foot too far up the board on transition kickturns. you sorta still do it. that drop in was perfect though. just gotta be away of foot placement. looking down at your feet will help with that. cya on the next one.
