How I cook scrambled eggs
1) Try to make an omelette
2) Fail
3) It's now scrambled eggs :)
Free advice, always undercook your scramble eggs as eggs cook at a very low temperature. if its cooked on the plate, it'll be overcooked when it reaches ur mouth. likewise, if its slightly undercooked on a plate, it'll be just nice in the mouth.
Also, i suggest frying the egg with butter instead of oil. it'll tatse better. And crack the egg on a flat surface so the shell wouldn't fall off easily.

The simple rule of Scramble egg is this :
1. Whisk the egg side way instead of a circular motion.
2. Use Non stick pan ( This allows the eggs to have lesser chance to stick onto the pan )
3. Scramble the eggs while cooking , ALL THE WAY!!!!
But do note , it’s not necessary to have a milk to make scrambled eggs . Milk is to make the eggs creamier and smoother . But depending how you want your scrambled egg texture to be , you may have to adjust the liquid : egg ratio .
I usually put cheese and evaporated milk in my scrambled eggs!

So I've always been taught to filter the mixed eggs through a sieve, cos egg has this weird thick goop things that cannot be mixed no matter how much stirred. In the video, they did not filter them. Legit question...do i not need to filter them?

Firstly it need a small pot
Definitely use butter and not oil
Keep stirring and remove it from the fire from time to time so it doesn't burnt the egg.
Egg temperature is very low.
You need patience to stir the egg constantly and not just leave it in the pan to cook.
I mean it’s literally just eggs scrambled there’s no right way lmao.
