Would love to see a recipe where you use both the musso and creami to make something fun. Make a base in both, churn and transfer to a container, and combine the two. Like the store bought stuff.. vanilla ice cream with some coffee or chocolate ice cream mixed in. Maybe a vanilla base with a mango sorbet making it look all pretty😅 would be fun to see how the difference in overrun would affect the final product. In theory as long they both are balanced it would work, right?
Great idea! I’ll look in to doing something. The biggest issue will be the softer churned ice cream and the super dense hard ninja Creami ice cream. It might make scooping tough but hey, let’s give it a try!
I very recently made a dairy-based version of your plant-based pistachio ice cream. It was wonderful. I still have some in the freezer, in fact. I've not tried making gelato as yet, but I have enough pistachios left over to give it a try 😁 Conveniently, about two years ago I bought the same model food processor you used in this video. And about a year ago I bought a Ninja Creami Deluxe, so I see pistachio gelato in my near future😁 Good to have you back from your vaca. And there it is, the final recipe I needed to make my spumoni using recipes from ONLY your channel, lol. That said, do you think this one would work well along with your chocolate and cherry (garcia minus the fudge) ice creams, or would the texture not quite match up? Originally I thought of just using like a vanilla base but swapping the vanilla extract out for pistachio extract (and food coloring), but I think this might be better. I'm so glad I found this channel, it's been such a game changer.

Any way to make this vegan? What could i substitute the milk powder for? Also, carnation vegan condensed milk has been discontinued. Any recommendations on a neutral flavoured plant based milk to use? Its a chore making it!
Ah that’s a shame about the carnation, that was such a good product. I would probably go with cashew milk as it will help viscosity and final texture. Remember to increase stabilizer if not using any cream.

I use my own custom made calculator. Depending on how in depth you want to go, there are a few options.
