Sofia Juan He uses Photoshop and he made his own brush set for photoshop which he uses in all his drawings. He sells his brush set in his shop if you have or want photoshop. But if you're just starting out in digital art, I recommend FireAlpaca. I use it to this day and its completely free! You can even animate somewhat with it! Hope I answered your question: )
