Thank you for your question. സാധാരണയായി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വരുന്ന conventional dental implants, bone കുറവുള്ള അവസ്ഥകളിൽ bone grafting ചെയ്യാതെ fix ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല. പക്ഷെ വളരെ advanced ആയ Cortico -basal implants ഉപയോഗിച്ച് implant ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും. Bone ഇല്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്ന അവസ്ഥകളിൽ പലപ്പോഴും പല്ലുകൾക്ക് ചുറ്റുമുള്ള "crestal bone" മാത്രമാണ് നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഈ crestal boneനെ സപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന വളരെ ബലമേറിയ basal bone / cortical bone പലപ്പോഴും അടിയിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വശങ്ങളിലായി ഉണ്ടാകും. ഈ ബലമേറിയ basal bone ൽ ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന implants നെയാണ് cortico-basal implants എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്.
