Tom i always thought Split was nearer to Medjugorje? Maybe it'll be better to fly to Mostar for future pilgrimage from UK. Blessings. That 2hr+ delay on hot day would stress me! 🥵
Hi Tom - In 1990 when it was still Yugoslavia I flew from Frankfurt to Dubrovnik by JAT which no longer exists. I still have their flight bag which is a collector's item. I took a tour bus from Dubrovnik to Medjugorje which was part of my package and i joined a group from Canada with a priest and a tour guide - what a spectacular journey that was. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. In some ways it brings back those beautiful memories which I wish I could relive but I don't enjoy the summer heat. Enjoy the rest of your flight. God bless you Tom. I love how you share your daily life with us. I would love to live in Medjugore but would have to skip the summer.

There was air conditioning in the airplane. so it was ok.
I flew from frankfurt to sarajevo or munich to sarajevo when i moved to medugorje from florida in late 2008 when i joined community cennacolo
