Did you like it?
@@JasonMazurek Not as much as the original butterfinger. I thought the new one's taste is off and it has a fluffier texture. I did like the texture but that was about it.
I tasted the new bar before I knew they changed anything and I thought I just got a bad piece of candy. I hope they change it back, they did not need to tamper with it.
I hate the new butter fingers! It had to be a manufacturing mistake...and g there trying to save face.
I'm so happy to hear that others also don't like the new one. I always thought it was just me who didn't like it.
Hell no the new one sucks I won't buy them anymore
I contacted Ferrara Candy Company regarding Butterfinger. They did not give an explanation of why they changed it. They just wanted to know if what condition the bar had, dates and production codes, and specifics why I didn't like it. I reminded them of the "New Coke" fiasco in the '80's and told them until the original Butterfinger returns, I will never eat another.
Yeah it's BS, why fix something that wasn't broken.
Thought the new one was an expired one. Just nasty. Hate it! BRING BACK OLD BUTTERFINGER!!
The new one taste terrible tons of people hate it
Yes they do
Didn’t realize I was on my sons account but I’m Ami 32 yo from Mississippi and I’m here to say I TOTALLY AGREE! I laughed so hard bc you described it EXACTLY as though I do in my head as far as the peanut vs buttery differences. I wondered if I said that out loud if anyone would understand me and then I watched your video. Lol. They should’ve never changed it. I loved butterfinger old school style!
Is my tongue broken? Cause it literally tastes the same to me?
Did you try them side by side? I think if you do you’ll taste the difference.
@@JasonMazurek I'm gonna try that, cause rn those bastards are only 50 cents.
@@blackghostcat 50 cents, thats a good price
Definitely broken...the new one tastes nothing like the old.
Ferrara removed hydrogenated oil and the controversial preservative TBHQ, or tertiary butylhydroquinone; created a richer “chocolatey” coating through its refinement process and by adding more cocoa and milk; and introduced jumbo peanuts, ground in-house, to layer into the taffy in the orange center.
The new one is trash... Bring back the old butterfinger!!!!
Great video! I hadn’t eaten one in years and just had one. It tasted wrong, like sugar and peanuts only and missing the buttery goodness I remembered. Was wondering if it was just me so I looked up videos…
