How to make Aval Vilayichathu
Matta rice flakes - 1/2 kg
Jaggery - 3/4 kg
Grated Coconut - 6 Cups
Water - 3/4 Cup
Cardamon powder - 11/2 tsp
Ghee - 3 tbs
Cashew nuts - 50 gm
Pottukadala / Porikadalai( Futana ) - 1/2 Cup
Sesame Seeds - 1/4 Cup

I was looking out for this recipe but was not knowing the name in Malayalam. From your Playlist I took the recipe and while going thro vedio I realised that this is what I wanted to try. I will try this on Navami day during Navaratri. On that day many people visit my house for darshan. They love the sweet flattened rice which I make in a different way.
