for street food, the kitchen is exceptionally clean. everything looks clean even the workers wearing gloves and face masks, hair nets.

@@starlife9372 if it's the one around 9:18 mark, i think that's marinated chicken already, they marinated it already and vacuum sealed it for delivery in their various outlets, that's mostly done on the drums and wing part.. that's way too off to be blood colored..

The street food of Korea is made so hygienically, the utensils appears to be very neat and it looks so yummy.
Also, it seems like they've perfected the whole cooking process
Something that really impresses me watching Korean Street food vendors is everything is spotless. Not just clean, spotless! And the food looks absolutely delicious!
The fact that everything is so very clean, makes me want to eat the food even more!

Yup Ive noticed that, everything seems to be very clean. Even all the food, and ingredients look to be of very high quality. Although that may not be true, it def looks that way.
FYI: You can't get that golden crisp out of fried food with a dirty oil. Props to this team for taking pride serving clean food as well as the exceptional maintenance in their equipment!

@@tamara3724 As oil gets dirty it gets a bad flavour and does less at the same temp. For example if you use oil for only potato's it lasts well. If you put pumpkin or anything with sugars in it gets dirty real fast. Anywhere you do the volumes these guys do you have a filtration setup under the fryers and you can clean the oil twice a day with no problems. Under heavy useage you may even be doing a half empty each day and a full replacement on day two. Fried food is great but it needs real clean oil to have a clean taste.
Has anyone seen them change their gloves... even once since they started....

Nothing worse than getting fries that taste like fish and chicken that tastes like potato. Our local uses oil over and over and over. By the end of the week you can't tell what you're eating.

Picked food up here when we were in Korea and it was phenomenal, I loved everything about Korea and hope to return one day .
The first fry cooks the food, second fry at higher temperature makes it crispy. That works with all types of breaded foods. Love to all.

stricter food hygiene regulations also mean more expensive food though. Countries that have "cheap" (relatively, if you don't account for health cost) street food usually have very loose food regulations

My compliments to the dish washers. Everything looks brand new in spite of the fact that the equipment must get used repeatedly. The meticulous care they take in the preparation of each item is impressive beyond words. This might qualify as street food (or fast food) but it's bordering on art.

I lived in Korea for a year, I was never disappointed when it came to food. Super clean, and very tasty!
Yes! They always have something for everyone. I was able to get barbecue (both American and Korean obviously.), Pizza (American), Korean street foods (Chicken, Shrimp, tteokbokki, and a whole host of different soups, noodles, and lots of other yummy snacks). It's really nice the variety that Korea has vs other countries and since it's not a large country relatively speaking you can travel to a different region, get food, and travel back to Seoul or Busan.

Seeing how they prepare the food and how well the surfaces are maintained during preparation is a health inspectors dream, compared to what you see in some fast food restaurants here in the United States., Including some of the major chain locations
Knowing your going to be videotaping the next day helps. Don’t be so closed minded.

I think it is pretty obvious by how clean everything they're using here looks but just to answer your question, I lived in Korea a year. They're pretty clean over there. Much more cleaner than the states where you see trash everywhere. Almost everywhere is spec clean in Korea and for the most part they wear gloves when handling food. I even got called out for not properly categorizing recycling. lol
@@meralys21 and they used baking soda to clean 😅. They always use gloves, even in washing the dishes.

@@jestervista6947 most Asians wear gloves when washing dishes. All the Vietnamese woman I know do so. It' keeps their hand skin soft and smooth and not wrinkle

Yeah actually I'm more impressed given the amount of oil and flour they use how spotless their spaces are, it's incredibly well maintained. The plates and trails are super shiny, the cooking wares are spotless clean.

That kitchen is spotless. The level of quality is just amazing
The sauces look awesome! I love sesame seeds too, and they use a lot of them.
When making battered and fried chicken or shrimp at home, and using a sauce that has sugar in it, try deep frying the sauce coated chicken or shrimp. The quick very hot re-fry caramelizes the sauce creating a different flavor profile, and texture.
The fantastic thing about these korean videos us that u have so many fun things fun equipments. Can't believe so many equipments there can be for so many activities.
Watching these videos while drinking water keeps me from being hungry

The best part of the video is the lack of talking. There's a thousand and one videos with people narrating loudly over it. Subtitles fair enough but I love the fact we just get the see the people at work doing what they do best.
