The jelly you saw at the second stand in the video is not jelly from the sea, it's jelly from the tree. We call it "愛玉" in Chinese. And the crisp texture we call "脆". It's fun to watch your video! Thank you!

Oh so that is what Ai Yu looks like, I wonder why the woman said it was from the sea then? She kept telling me it is from the sea. Weird, is there two types of it?
