Didn't he say the decorations break off when the den aggros? Sure you can just slap em back on for when you aren't spider farming but that can get costly. Im kinda sad they don't stay.

@@TheBeard777 I checked with abigail, and even with her stunlock, if there's enough of them enough of them get through with heals that you can't kill them. So unless it's massive AoE dotlike effect they would still be able to heal through it. Still would struggle against majority tho.
The fact that you can make a nurse spider by yourself, and give spiders armor makes me fill that an army of spiders with the armor+healing could actually carry a boss fight. Dearclops vs an army of spiders video?
The spiders still get one shot and/or perma stun. (I dont speak well English, But im made some tests and the spiders still being so weak to fight any boss)

I just tried ruin rush with Webber, and the whistle worked great at calling down huge amount of cave spiders to help in fights, especially against bishops. However, Webber still default attacks cave spiders when pressing F, not sure if it's a bug.
The "Silky Speed Boost" may actually be working as intended, as the boost he currently gets negates the amount of speed lost by other characters when they walk on webbing. I don't know if that's always been a thing with Webber, though

Wow, so many quality of life changes for my boi Webber. Less trouble with spider civil war, easier time making spider army, can now sleep in dens for sanity and health(saves up glands especially early-game), no need to have spiders attacking nests to reset tiers. Spiderd bein able to be picked up means no need to wait for them as you walk on the road with the walking cane. Just a whole lot of changes to make a spider farm much more worth the trouble.
The speed boost you get from webbed turf is similar to the roads from hamlet, just because it looks or sounds like your fully on it, doesn't mean the game says you are
I get that and went back to test it and I still didn't experience anything. Lots of little things are broken for some and not others in this update and a ton of tiny inconveniences are popping up too. All good, it will be fixed in due time.
Webber mains rise we are now gods go make arena's with your spiders decorat them and make sure to not let them reach stage three for to long and let your frends enter your spider base and make army of spider nurses with your spider worriers and moon spiders and cave spiders make sure to have range spiders along with some andadvence and cheese bosses such as bee Queen and fuel wevear and don't forget to give your tanks helmets now go rush the enemy's in swarms and kill them all

One correction: befriending for spiders isn't on a timer anymore, it's indefinite (until you change shards, disconnect, use a shoo box, attack them, or death do you part). They confirmed in the Dev Stream that this is indeed an intended mechanic.

Seems like an solo hitting boss would get destroyed by the spooder army. Also having plenty of ranged spooper with you meleeing might be more broken then we think. They are far more renewable then pigs and bunnies so I wanna see spooder army vs bosses like you did with winona

Decorating seems to prevent the dens from changing tiers even if you try to upgrade them with silk yourself
