One thing I would say is if you have a really bad hand like a 5 or 6 and an imposter card and you draw a second imposter card you can take the chance, pick up the second imposter card and hope you roll 1s or 2s and get a better one off the roll. I have won with this by getting two 1s on my rolls and getting the better sabacc. In my case it helped me cause i had a really bad hand. I would use this if its the absolute last ditch effort, but if you have the magnetic dice this can come in handy too. Cuz you can pick your dice. Something to think about when you have a really bad hand, and you get the chance to get two imposter cards.
There is also shift (or what ever those modifier things are called) that reverses Sabacc values. So 6 is strongest and 1 is weakest. I always use it because it can come in handy to use in final turn
Awe, man! I've learned a lot by watching this, but when you said, "I dont even know if im playing this right," 9:54 , My eyes comedically popped from my sockets🤣
The double draw/double discard cheat trivializes the game as you can practically guarantee you get 1-1 every time, either straight up or with the wild card. Don't depend on the dice throw unless you have the Magnetic Dice ability so you can manipulate that too in your favor. Just have to watch out if one of the other players pulls the reverse Uno card and reverses the values, then you need 6-6 to win. The only way you can really lose with this method is if somebody swaps hands with you at the end of the round. It's essentially a variation of real-life Blackjack except one where you can win every time once you have the basic idea down and necessary cheats. I don't usually like these kinds of side games as part of a bigger games but this was pretty fun.
I have been playing 1.5 hours on the high roller table on Kajimi yesterday, could have beat them earlier but the game decided to bug out with the inverse Sabacc rule. Normally this would be a thing until the next reveal so next round should be normal again. I got a prime Sabacc the next round only for the game to not have reset the rule so the last player beat me with a 6 Sabacc. Sabacc is fun, it can be frustrating but man they need to make sure the game doesn’t glitch out like that
There are 80+ recognized variants of Sabacc throughout the galaxy. The one you played at Disney was probably the Corellian Spike variant, which was featured in Solo.
@@oXRaptorzXo Yea you can buy a version of the game from disney at Galaxies Edge or I believe Walmart has it too. But the rules aren't the same. But from looking at the game you could very easily make it play exactly as it is from Outlaws. The Disney version has card numbered from 1-10 so just take out the 7-10 cards and separate the the decks according to color and shuffle separately. Then just get a small set of poker chips or use coins and boom you now have Sabacc from the game.
@@aaronrobbins6683 One of the other players reversed the value of the cards. You have to pay attention to that when playing as they'll announce it when they do.
I don't fully understand what the aim is like is it closest to 0 wins or highest because one game I won when I had 2 and 1 and then another game I lost when I had 2 and 1 to the opponent that had 5 and 5
@@UnderThe_Redhood Okay let me make it simple. The goal of the game is to have two cards that make the lowest number when you subtract them. So 2-1=1, but 5-5=0, the fives will win. A winning hand is called a Sabacc. However, the lower the value of the cards, the stronger the hand is. So 2-2 is stronger than 5-5. Additionally, there are the special cards, the imposter and the sylop. The Sylop mimics whatever the other card you have in your hand is, so a 1 and a Slyop is a 1-1. Additionally, having 2 Sylops is the strongest hand in the game and is unbeatable. The imposter card has a value decided by a dice roll at the end of the round, where you roll 2 dice and pick one of the two numbers to make the value. You win each round by having the best hand. I hope this helped!
I just want to know how an opponent wit 5/5 beats me when I have 1/1 or 2/2. This is without that inverse shift token. This game is actually pissing me off. It's like it doesn't know its own rules.
It might be they have more starting tokens For instance, if you have 1 tokens remaining and you get a 1/1 And they have 2 tokens and a 5/5 And you 'draw' because you both have sabacc, you both lose a token. Then you have 0 tokens, they have 1 token remaining, so they win?? That's all I can think of, I haven't ran into the situation myself

you want the lowest pair you can possibly get. The pnly hand that beats a pair of 1s is a pair of sylops which is VERY hard to get.
