I had the sleeve but I’m losing weight so slowly. I need to exercise more. The doctor said since I started out at a lower bmi the weight loss will be less drastic. I definitely need to increase my activity!

I am down 75 lbs in 9 months since surgery. It makes me feel sad when i see others having lost 100 + lbs by month 9. I know it's not good to compare yourself to others but it's hard not to. Has anyone else seen results like this but then ended up being successful with 100+ lb weight loss? I have so much more weight to lose and nervous i won't meet my goals.

I’m 2 years post op gastric bypass I only lost 72 lbs and already regained 7 lbs 😥 😞 I don’t understand if people loose 100-120 lbs I hit a stall and never lost more weight am I going to loose more but slower ? I feel fat still I feel I need maybe a therapist 😢

I think therapy would be very beneficial as well as drinking half your weight in water ounces so if your 200lbs drink 100oz a day and it should kick start your weight loss.

What are you eating? Are you drinking your calories? Are you eating sliders? Do you exercise at all? Are you measuring your food? Do you hit your protein and water goals? Are you drinking water? Are you eating excessive amounts of carbs? All of this is a part of the success or lack thereof otherwise you might want to discuss a revision to a duodenal switch

Depends on the type of surgery you had and how much excess weight you truly had to lose .

I’m seeing stalls 5 months post op but I know why. I’m not executing my plan. And I’m definitely not doing the 1 hour of exercise. Time to kick it into gear. Thanks for the reminders!

This is great! I took notes! Are you able to make a video to help with stalls?

    I eat small but I don’t exercise because I have a bad knee 😢

There are plenty of low to no impact exercises you can do with a bad knee. That's a cop out. And if you're using excuses you probably didn't/aren't following the diet either.

Ruff with bad knee doing exercises. Walking has been my main exercise was sleeved 4-29-24 and lost enough weight to get neck surgery for severe spinal stenosis. I am 68 year old man and walk 4-5 miles a day now 120 less weight and by the way I had my third right knee replacement 4 years ago. Tylenol and arthritis cream help me with my knee there is a lot of help out there in the medical and physical therapy community. You will be surprised how fast your weight will change doing exercises and walking. If you truly have a knee that keeps you from walking it can be fixed. Do your home work and you already got the gastric tool . Work at it as your life depends on it.
