Wow. You make it look effortless. Note to anyone thinking of going as an ordinary member of the public, though: they specifically ban backflips, somersaults, etc, mostly because the rope nets don't guarantee an even landing when there are 25+ other people there with you.
took two groups now from liverpool 8 .over past 3 weekks...24 kids in all ..2 longish journeys ,,but worth it ..kids loved it ,,and it was something they will remember ..as they all left with some slate and a bit a history ,as well as a good bounce ,, great place ,,,and great staff ,,,
Unfortunately we had to apply specially to do the things we wanted to, you're not allowed to flip or somersault as far as I know. And you have to wear overalls because it's still a slate shaft where rocks could fall. I hope that answers your question!
Unfortunately they seem to have renovated it so now it's a lot more metal than netting, metal steps between levels metal slides, and the nets require a lot of effort to bounce on. Only thing similar to our experience a couple weeks back was the ending of the video.

Free runners 'break in' to bounce below? Wearing the safety gear bounce below supply, with a pro camera crew in tow, when all the lights were on? Why do they have to lie?

they broke the rules.. cos you aren't aloud to do summersalts flips forward roll backwards roll cartwheel handstand...because I went to bounce below and the people told us the rules .
I went today and unfortunately you cant do any kind of flips.. No seat drops or anything.. Its not worth the journey from England and you sweat so bad and 1 hour goes so fast.. £20 for it i thought it will be amazing but when i head them saying no flips i was dissapointed. This is the only reason i went. Oh well it was a fun day out.

when you say apply specially.. what does that mean? can others do that too?
I'm not too sure, give it a go! But we are professionals and they wanted promotion at the time, maybe it was a special circumstance
