Trying to figure out where you got the cobblestone piece, but you somehow have it on your toolbar like the old building method did things. Is that made on a bench or something?

The cobblestone walkways are part of the "riders of hyboria" DLC. But they are not a building piece, but a decorative element (which is made in the artisan crafting table). I just use it in a way together with foundations to create a street layout for larger builds (towns, entire ancient citys etc...)

In my opnion these paths looks better when used in the intended way. Slightly under ground

Trying this now and the pathways do NOT snap into place even remotely like they do on your video.

the cobblestone walkways are decorative elements instead of building pieces. So there will not snap to any existing structure. I placed and aligned them all manually on top of the sandstone foundations.

@@creativebuilder8839 Yes, I get that. Perhaps "snapped" was not the appropriate term but you understand what I meant. They would not "place" remotely close to the way they did in your video nor in any way which made this method viable. I am not sure how you managed to do it because it was literally impossible when I attempted, but your examples were stunning.
